Hi, unfortunately this is a warning for everyone to stay away from Chase Bank in December 15th of 23, someone got hold of my information, overnighted a debit card to my house while I was at work they held the card for 9 months and then activated it on December 15th. They withdrew all the money from my checking account and my savings account. When I reported the fraud on the same day, I was accused of taking my own money. The bank president, Jamie Diamon, never answered my email . I contacted the police, the fbi, the occ, the sec, the of SSD and no one was really of help.. of course, the bank will get the money back and keep it. They were accusatory, nasty not helpful and I am going to tell everyone never to bank at Chase!!!! They owe me my money back because they did not protect my accounts and they need to show the footage so I can tell them and prosecute the person who did this. This is one of the richest banks in the world and we should be covered 100% for fraud by this bank and we are not!!! For your own sakes, they do not check ID or ask for withdrawal slips and signature anything to protect you. Unfortunately I still have not received my money back and I do not know what is going to happen. The bank was served with subpoenas but God knows how long this will take. There were two nice people in the bank who tried to help me but unfortunately the fraud department is a fraud!!!!!

Hello w first I would like to start off with my name is Gio , and this definitively the worst Experience I ever had with a bank I wish I can rate it 0 stars nobody in the branch is helpful, Including 1 individual personal with the name Keith, he was making a phone call for me and hung it up because he had a conference to report to and said he had no time for me , overall they need to close this location down they staff is horrible and all out no effort in into helping customers such as myself I wish I can rate it 0 stars

Frustrating. All Chases seem to be in state of sub-par service but it is beyond frustrating to not be able to local your local branch and be able to speak to a human being for a simple inquiry. Definitely beginning to look to move my business, personal, and credit card accounts elsewhere.

They’re only getting a 1 star because I have to in order to submit a review. If it was up to me they would get absolutely NO STAR! Walked into this branch to open a joint account, they asked us to come back at a later time. Mind you there are two gentlemen sitting in their offices doing nothing. We made an appointment for the following day with someone. Well the following day came and she called out. Now they’re scrambling around to find someone to assist us. They had the nerve to ask us if we’d be willing to drive miles away because their reps had appointments, as if it was our fault that one of their reps called out. Someone should’ve called us earlier to notify us that their rep called out! At this point all appointments should betting pushed back to accommodate those who are now inconvenienced! So now I’m forced to make another appointment for Monday! They better have someone ready and waiting at 12:30 on Monday!!

Has been decent for our business banking for years but would not recommend for personal banking. Service for business is ok because you normally see a dedicated advisor. But the place is not equipped or particularly hospitable to normal processes and they do not go out of their way for you. Try the branch up on Larkfield instead.

Worst chase branch on Long Island. The teller shorted me $300 after asking for two different amounts of cash in two different envelopes. After two weeks and 4 trips to the branch I finally was able to speak to the manager. She was unhelpful and had no resolution other than wait for the escalation department to contact me back. One month and 5 days later I receive a call telling me there’s nothing they can do and the case is closed. I don’t go to a banking institution to be robbed of my hard earned money. I will be contacting the treasury department to make a formal complaint and robbery. Do not use this branch or chase at all... they do not protect you or have your back if there is a problem.
