Terrible experience, I worked with Cynthia (who was trainng Jose). Cynthia wasn't listening to a thing I was saying, because she was too busy trying to qualify me for everything besides what I was there for. So if you want unessasry hits to your credit, or you want to feel like your being churned for banking add-ons, while your banker isn't listening to a word of what your saying, ask for Cynthia. She'll be hiding behind her desk, unless you walk in saying your there to open an account...
I did receive a follow up call from The bank manager and the area manager Wilma (she was very nice) and I appreciated the call

Everytime I have come to this branch it has been a horrible experience, no matter who was helping me. From Jose giving me the wrong forms at my first visit causing me to have a run around to get the right forms MYSELF the branch was no help to then only come back for my second visit for the manager Kathleen to be extremely rude & not wanting to help so she could continue to gossip and talk behind the desk instead of do her job, Mosfeta bought what I was there todo to his manager attention and instead of helping and assisting she wants to just make it another branches problem saying she isn’t able to process applications or send them out ALL THOUGH on bottom of form it says to take to any location. Wish I could just sit in AC all day and pick and choose who I want to assist with the right information.

Mostafa was so helpful everyone there is so friendly. I just applied for a credit card and got approved and they’re so informative. Manager to employees are so professional and respectful

While the service was good, I was disappointed to see only about half of the staff wearing masks and they were working closely together. Everyone should be wearing masks to protect each other, those without are showing disregard for their coworkers and us as clients, as they’re are handling things and then handing them to us.

No good I got a fake 100 bill spoke to the manager and the answer was once you walk out the door we not responsible so they make me lose 100.00 dollars

Worst branch ever. Kathy the branch manager was the worst person ever I don't even understand how she got her position there I had an issues with one of the ATM .Had to go see her all she did was give us an a attitude didn't try to help us

Worst branch I've ever dealt with. I called for over an hour and they refuse to pick up the phone so I went to the branch and the phone is just ringing off the hook and they all ignore it.
