I've been a customer for almost 2 years and always felt comfortable interacting with staff members. Recently visited the store to get some information on alternative options to downsizing my unit. Thank you to Janelle for being so helpful during the whole time I’ve been renting with CubeSmart. I will be moving out soon due to moving to a different state, but I can’t thank her enough, especially the way she treats everyone the same.
