I actually regret paying 61 dollars in total for my nail because the lady did not do my nails properly and I told her to do this and that a little bit more she gets mad I can’t believe that. Everytime I look at the nails I deeply regretted that I pay for that, the French top The worse part is that I went to that nail salon last year for my birthday in late August the lady actually did my nails good I can’t believe that. She did not clean my nail at all she just went straight to putting on the fake nails on .The person who did my nail was horrible.🥴 last time going there never again!!!!!!

Ive had two great experiences here but yesterday I paid $35 for a design that I hate because the nail technician couldn’t execute it correctly. All service providers need to understand this simple principal: do not say you can do something if you can’t!!
This is a design I’ve gotten on my nails before at another nail salon in the city. It’s simple enough to execute. Just a bunch of lines. The technician I had yesterday was likely color blind. The entire time I was having to help her with her colors and she completely used the wrong base. She used a purple/pink instead of a nude that would make the design pop. In total I paid $95+ tip for this poly gel refill and design. So they’re pretty pricey. I won’t be back after this experience.
However, the last two times I went I had a great experience with adequate nail technicians who could do designs and match colors to a picture. It’s been months since I’ve been there so it was a lot of new faces and a lack in quality.

I went to this place yesterday just needing to get a polish change because I had gotten my nails done two days before at a different place For a simple Color change on my nails and a pedicure it was by father worst I somehow allowed him to convince me that I needed a complete filling because they hadn’t done a decent job two days prior which I didn’t see but I figured if he sees an imperfection, let him just fix it. It’s fine. He/toni ruined my nails And as far as the pedicure, it was the worst I even tried to assist him and still the results are horrific $106 later and now I have to go get my nails done today I went because the reviews were really good. It says the place is under new management and I guess that was a bad choice. Maybe the old management was better but this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I paid him and walked out without even getting Polish on my feet because I knew I needed to go someplace else to repair what he had so Nonchalantly ruined 16 HOURS LATER, I AM NOW FORCED TO GO AND SPEND ANOTHER HUNDRED DOLLARS

I have been coming here for about 3 months, here are my honest thoughts. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I came in initially for a full acrylic set, they came out nice. When I returned for my fill in, the gel polish (which they charge +$10) peeled 3 days later and I had to go back to fix it, which they did without a charge. But closer to the 2 week mark, it was fully peeling. I then opted to use regular polish because why pay an additional $10 to have the polish peeling. Fast forward to 4 weeks/2 fill-ins later and and one nail popped off to reveal a fungus, so I decided to take off the set and get a dip powder manicure. The removal process was painful as she wedged a metro card in between my nail and the acrylic to pop it off, back in the day they used to soak them off, so I was not expecting it to be painful, and I am sure the technique she used was not taught in nail school. The powder manicure came out nice but my nails are throbbing and hurt. Another turn off was the upsell and up-charge for every little thing, +$5 just to cut your nails seems ridiculous to me, $15 to remove the acrylic nails with a metro card, which they made it $10 after I said something about coming in with 1 nail missing??!! I don't think I will be returning as the experience hasn't been great.
