They are thieves.Whatever you do, do not order anything from EGI ElectronicsThey have stolen $1398 from me.I ordered a Pioneer Flx-10 from them back in July 2023. They claimed they had it in stock.It was never shipped.They kept giving me the runaround regarding delivery.I requested a refund and they kept giving me the runaround regarding the refund.I took up the issue with my credit card company and EGI is representing to them that they shipped the product.They have never provided the product, shipping information, nor proof of delivery. Yet they they told the bank they delivered the product.I have numerous emails, texts, and calls documenting this. I will provide screen shots so you can see. Especially the one from their accounting department David Steiner saying that the case was closed.They are thieves.Do not do any business with them.LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP

Our church hired EGI for a complete sound and video upgrade and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was affordable, they found us financing and installed the system quickly so that we could have it operating for our next service. The staff was excellent and answered every question we ever asked. They were also quick to respond to any training or help in operation. Our church highly recommends EGI Electronics

EGI really helped our company out with wholesale pricing on pro audio gear. As contractors, we often need product lines we can't get directly. EGI had the right products at the right price and delivered them exactly when we needed it. Jeff was so cooperative and eay to work with. I highly recommend EGI.

I've purchased a wireless mic on July 14th (3 months ago) and EGI never shipped it to me. They have been unprofessional in the communication and they now stopped answering my emails. They said that the company has been sold and that they'll come back to me but honestly this really look like a Scam! don't buy from this company, I'm so surprised on how they dealt with my order, unbelievable.

I do not recommend EGI, I wrote a one star review a few monhts ago. I ordered dj controllers back in March. They do not contact me, they took my money and They like many other reviews you have read always have an excuse. I started a payment dispute with my credit card company to no resolve. It has been too long. If you are thinking of ordering anything from this company, think twice. I am now just out 3000.00.

Previous Notes regarding this Dispute Placed August 31st, 2023 at 9am:2 Credit Card Money Deposits were placed for both items... and were made in March 2023 to hold my place for when the these two new products are in stock to ship. (Two Different Invoices and Transactions that posted on March 24th on my Capital One Statement), with expectation the item will be shipped out to me around May-June 2023. Talking to Pioneer Pro Audio Headquarters and Odyssey rep personally around May, they told me the importing of items and manufacturing was delayed but for sure they would be out to all vendors for sale and ship by early July. Around July 5th I started seeing many vendors showing the items NOW IN STOCK (Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Reverb, ProAudioStar, iDJNOW, etc).. contacting the rep for EGI (CARL) they mentioned it is any day now... this stretched on for 2-3 weeks and then they went silent on me... Turns out supposedly their sales rep, Carl, left the company in end of July and now "DENNIS" is the new rep for EGI and he reached out to me, not until after I contacted Capital One earlier in August. Initially contacted Capital One to inquire about the dispute process 2 weeks prior right before "Dennis" rep 331-551-8730 from EGI reached out and said he was taking over Carl's spot since he got a job at JBL Pro Audio.August 23, 2023 Dennis texted me that he was out for surgery for his knees but was unable to give me an update on the orders so he will have his accountant KAREN process both my refunds (SEE ATTACHED TEXT MESSAGE THREAD HE SENT TO ME ON THIS).. (She supposedly works Thursdays and Fridays)... he gave me her number of 800-828-0495. Talked to him via text Tuesday 8/29 and he said he will call me Wednesday morning with an update from Karen. Dennis stopped responding and never called me back as of 8/31 ... I tried calling the store directly at 631-306-4190 and they actually picked up after countless messages left and said they now they are moving their office to another location and would be back up and running on Tuesday. Seems like I am getting weird excuses left and right on why this isn't getting solved, so I contacted Capital One for Dispute on 8/31/23, since "Karen" never issued me a refund 2 weeks after Dennis promised she would handle it (via Text Message).I find it very strange seeing that EGI states they are now wanting to keep my money and not refund me as "DENNIS" was assuring me they would... and to give a FRAUDULENT EXCUSE that they shipped it to me in April when you can clearly see in the emails and text messages this is not what happened. To add to that they gave Capital One a UPS tracking number that is not only a BOGUS number that has NO TRACKING FOR ANY SHIPMENT but doesn't even register in their system as a package that was ever processed, shipped, or delivered. Their TRACKING NUMBER is not real with UPS. They are manipulative and liars on many levels through this entire process. In the end I never received the item and their rep via text assured me they would refund me the cost of both MONEY DEPOSITS I made in March for the two items in August.EGI Excuses for why product hasn't arrived when the other vendors received these items in early July 2023:* Karen in accounting works only Thursday and Friday and doesn't take customer calls or returns calls* Dennis was out for surgery for a week and was unavailable* Carl left the company to work for JBL* Pioneer and Odyssey reps are not returning EGI's calls back* They are in the process of moving locations* Main number is customer service receptionist, and they just take a message to relay to the people that work for EGI.. they are a service company and not EGI* Supposedly EGI is being bought out by another company* Items are in route to EGI from vendor (this excuse has been said to me via email, phone, text about 8+ times) over the past 3 months.PLEASE reconsider this Dispute with main bullet points and rebuttal to their UPS Tracking and supposed delivery.* They stretched this process out, ma

Our church is so pleased with EGI Electronics. They did an excellent job of installing a complete sound and video system for our sanctuary. The workmanship was first class and the staff so cooperative. We seat over 500 in our congregation and all our members rave about how good the system sounds and video is so clear. Our church highly recommends EGI for excellent work and affordable prices.

EGI is the best. They have great products, low prices and excellent customer service. Our band just received our new RCF line arrays from them and they sound great! The price was better than anyone else and the shipping was fast. I highly recommend EGI!

The staff at EGI are awesome. They are experts at pro audio and stage lighting. They arranged a complete lighting rig for our production company with special financing. The system is perfect and we just had our big event last weekend. I'm very impressed and will continue to do business with them.
