I went to Express on February 13th! When I walked in, I saw this light sweater dress. I also bought a blue sweater! Gwen was very helpful! She let me try on some things in the dressing room! She was very nice! The person who was checking me out was nice, too! She had straight brunette hair and a leather jacket! I told them I was going to do a review on them. Everything was on sale! Thanks!!

Went to use my tax exempt and it took 3ppl and over ten mins for them to give me their opinion that they can’t accept it because they didn’t know how to fill out the questionnaire on the screen. How I know it was their opinion bc they said “ idk the expiration date so it’s not going to work”. I asked them to just use what’s on the paper and they responded “ yea I don’t know what to put I can’t put in random numbers, sorry”. Mind you 2 of them were training the cashier that ask for help from his manager. After paying without used tax exempt I ask the cashier what did he learn, he just stood there looking and believing if he stands there quite long enough I wouldn’t see him anymore. They need to train their staff better with information and better costumer service.

I recently visited Express and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff wasn’t necessarily horrible, but their attitude could’ve been better. The main issue I had was with the promotions. There was a sign that said “shirts 60% off,” which seemed like a great deal, so we picked out three shirts from that section. However, when we got to the register, the total was $140! I had already calculated that, with the 60% off, it should’ve been $70 max. When I asked the associate about the sale, I was told that the discount only applied to the two shirts right next to the sign. According to the sign it says “select styles” under the sale.
We went back to check the sign, and it turns out the print was so small that you can’t even see it unless you’re specifically looking for additional fine print under the sign.
Express, please consider making your promotional signs clearer. I understand that it might be a strategy to drive sales, but it left me with just one shirt and an awkward interaction at the checkout.

This store has very bad customer service. They lied about steaming our suit. We came home and it was not steamed. The cashier helping us was very slow and wasted our time.

I always purchase stuff from here today I went and spent over $400 and told the manager if they can steam the suit I bought he told me to come back in 30 minutes when I came back the lady who supposed too steam my suit she gave me and told me it’s done I come home and look she didn’t even touched it I am going there they have to pay for my gas and time if not then going in social media

I just give you 1 star because one member of the express was very unfriendly, i was looking for something for my mom and when i was ready to pay. a little girl with glasses, ask me, thats for you???? “With a sarcastic tone””angry”.Like you are a man buying girl clothes.
