1st time going there. Walked-in. Told me there was an appointment coming in and I had to wait, no problem. After that, I was never acknowledged, never told how long to wait. They walked right past me and didn’t say anything.

I'm completely loyal at this point. Nicole is my go-to nail tech, any design I bring her she executes to perfection. Any other salon I've been to, my gel always fades quickly but not here. I come every 4 wks for a fresh SNS set and never have any issue with longevity or cracks. Love Fantastic!!

So happy I found this local spot. It’s not super fancy or modern but it’s clean, everyone is nice, and my polish lasts for at least a week (on a regular manicure)— I see myself being a regular here and would recommend!

2/20/24. I would it them a ZERO but because I can't select that number, I guess 1 would do. We made an appointment over the phone for 3:00pm . Joeanna greated us with a friendly tone. We waited 28 minutes before my daughter was seated. The person that worked on my daughter had no name tag, and seemed very, very annoyed and bothered of her request. She wanted short acrylic nails and every time my daughter asked her to cut it shorter she rolled her eyes, turned her face to speak to another co worker in a different language. I was paying for a service but she treated me like I was begging for a favor. I found her to be incredibly rude and totally unprofessional. Will NEVER go back there again......stay away, specially if you are a minority.Regret tipping them-

I love this place and feel so lucky that it is my local salon. This is one of those places where I feel confident showing the nail techs a Pinterest pic of nail designs I want and actually obtaining the desired result. My nails are as fantastic as they claim to be!

I don't usually do reviews but I literally had to this place was absolutely amazing! They did so well I brought my mother back the following week and she is hard to please and she was delighted with the service! 2 weeks later and my nails still look amazing! I finally found a place to do my nails I can't thank them enough!

First red flag should’ve been when I went to get a new set of nails and instead of taking off the old set they just put new acrylic on top of the old nails ?I went back because I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding the first time.Then I went to get them taken off 3 weeks later and they were shoving fake nails between my nails and the acrylics to get them to pop off!! I had no words. Then they charged me $13 for it! LolSeriously the weirdest most painful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon … I never do reviews but I had to

I first came here when they opened and the service was fantastic. I came back here for the first time in two months today and I have to say it is still pretty fan. Today, I called and asked for an appointment for 3:30, I got there a few minutes early (3:25) and the guest in front of me was taken first, but whatever. I was placed in a chair after picking up my colors. Unfortunately they didn't have my seat soaking and I was in one of the not good massage chairs. It was a rough start, but the service and results were well worth it. Pros: They use fresh files for every customer Wide array of colors that are not old Callus removal- an embarrassing amount of dead skin was left behind this afternoon Cleanliness of the salon Cons: The wait I did not get a gel manicure this time, but they have an enormous color selection and effects they can do with the gel polish.

Vivian was so patient and kind with myself and my 2 year old daughter. I had a bad experience at the place I went to for many years but think maybe I found my new place and it's a few minutes away. Big plus. Got a keratin mani and a green tea spa pedi. Will definitely make an appt for next time. A tip is cash is better

Very clean and peaceful place to get a relaxing pedicure. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. Tina is very meticulous when doing my gel manicure and it lasts the minimum of 2 weeks, can even push to 3 weeks at times.

During the last couple of months, I’ve been using Fantastic Nails. The nail place has changed ownership. The place is kept spotless. Everyone of the technicians give a great pedicure and I enjoy having the powder process. all the girls are very sweet and accommodating. Joanne has been doing my nails for the past couple of months. I am very fussy which nail place I go to. Fantastic Nails is a keeper.
