“Came here to pick up a few things for some projects my girlfriend had for us. Store layout is well organized and clean and staff were friendly and helpful with getting us what we were looking for. Only major qualm was that the hot glue was only to be found near the checkout and not anywhere in the adhesive section, had I not caught the quick glance of it before we paid I definitely would have missed it! Parking is easy with the giant shared lot for the shopping center, but beware of pedestrians that never look where they're going.”

Sam was incredibly thorough and patient in going through all the letters of authenticity and inspecting all the baseballs. He appraised them at a higher value than another appraising company, which was great news for my client. I will certainly be using SMR in the future for any item appraisals I may need done.”

Well I am so overjoyed that when they get to my house they drop all electronics and run to the dollhouse! They play together, they decorate, , they are just so adorable. “Always come here to get art supplies in a hurry and they usually have everything I need. They seem to always have a 40-50% coupon off one item on their site so don't forget to use those. The location is fairly convenient and has a large enough parking lot. The staff seems to know where everything is which is helpful. One issue is the checkout line is always a pain to go through. The few times I went they only had 2 cashiers with other workers doing other things. I feel there should be a better system set in place as I had to wait 15 minutes to get a mason jar. Overall it's a good place if you need supplies in a hurry and cannot order on amazon.”
“They reach in the store a few years ago. Overall Michaels is a great craft and art store chain. They have so many items but a lot of it nowadays as with many places you have to order online. It's not always in stock, but it is organized and there's always someone there to help you”
