Colin amazing employee, always greets customers with great energy when they walk in ask if they need help and explain the store deals and what they have going on, he also goes a step further to show you and explain the best way to go about what you are buying in the store! Understands how to relate to customers need more workers like him

Showed up to do an online pickup, and saw a sign saying "be back in 30". I figured the staff might be having lunch, so I let and came back in a half hour. Sign was still up, so I figured maybe they were running late, and I left again. Came back in another 15 minutes, and sign was still up, doors locked. Waited another 5 minutes in the freezing and nobody ever came.I get it, sometimes staff needs to run out for something. But this is extremely frigging unprofessional.

OMG I haven't been to this store since I was in highschool! My mom and I went to get my nephew some five nights at Freddy's merchandise for Christmas and we ended up leaving with more stuff for myself! They have such a cute selection of little keychains and pins. I fell in love with this bubble tea keychain with a cat head on top of the cup. Being a huge cat lover they had lots of cat knick-knacks. Definitely changed since I was a teenager but for the better!
