I have been going to Howells Auto Repair for 3 years now since I moved to Deer Park, a reverend at my church recommended them and I'm glad he did, for me it has always been hard for me to find a trustworthy mechanic, I finally found this quality at Howells, they get the work done in a prompt fashion, they take time to explain the problem and how they are going to fix it, I find them highly reliable, I would highly recommend them

I brought my vehicle here with all of the parts brand new all they had to do was Installation... they installed it poorly and chopped the pipe up and jammed it into my vehicle then basically refused to fix it saying call back next week he stated “ I said I never wanted to see that car again” and now I’m stuck with a vehicle that can’t pass inspection as well as a 400 dollar loss in car parts because of how badly they handled my vehicle. If you value your car don’t ever go here.
