“The woman who helped me with my FedEx returns was very sweet, and although the labels didn’t work because they had been scanned (the West Babylon location couldn’t figure out how to give me receipts for the packages and, with an attitude, told me to take the packages back!), she tried multiple times and was very apologetic. I insisted it was okay and not on her, but her kindness was very appreciated. Thanks!”

“I called this UPS store for some help. Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“I was having a rough day and I went to the wrong UPS To pick up my package. They told me it was at the UPS in East Northport, so I ran over there knowing that they were going to be closed but I figured maybe there’s still some good people in this world that would be able to help me. That’s when their manager Chris came to the door and he let me in and got me my package! It’s small acts of kindness that restore your faith in humanity. Thank you Chris, for your small act of kindness that made a big impact in my day.”

“? Google Review: The UPS Store – Smithtown, NY (34 E Main St) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Smithtown UPS location is a total win. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. There’s plenty of parking, which makes drop-offs and errands super convenient. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help—whether you're shipping, printing, or just grabbing supplies. They’ve got boxes for sale and a solid selection of other shipping essentials. I used them for my Amazon returns, and the process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area looking for reliable service with a smile. ? Boomsauce Scale (Google Review Edition) • ?️ B – Basura Total flop. Friendly staff, spotless store, and smooth transactions every time. Boomsauce Score: ? BS+++ – Boomsauce Elite Smithtown UPS makes shipping feel effortless. A local gem for all your packaging needs.”
