“I typically visit the lindenhurst ups store location, which I am not a fan of. The woman who is usually there is nasty and always yelling. At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. I will be back!”

“Great experience at the Huntington Ups store… polite friendly and great staff @ all times… never had issues always helpful with many tasks i need done printing banners, flyers, business cards,@ home and business pick ups, cost on all services very reasonable. Noticed Many employees at the store given great helpful feedback on personal shipments that are either antiques, import documents, sentimental value to customers.. they always give the quantity of care needed for my everyday needs… if there is any bad reviews written about this store or any of other stores they own it can’t be true…I recommend everyone to use all of the ups stores that are owned by them hands down….. shout out to Tony,Mark aka Sully ToM and Hannah and I believe the young lady is Morgan for all the hard work they do on a daily basis not just there daily tasks but dealing with customers”

“The staff was so helpful. I was sending a package to my son in Buffalo and couldn’t be sure if anyone would be home when the package arrived. I didn’t want the package to get wet or stolen while on the front porch. The associate who helped me explained that I could send to a UPS Store in Buffalo and suggested I call the Buffalo store to make sure that they would be able to receive the package and have my son pick it up for a small fee.”

“I am a reseller and have packages to ship almost every day of the week. The staff here is great, they try their best to keep the line moving especially at certain times of the year with Amazon returns. As a seller I appreciate the great shipping options for price, better than FedEx. The store is great but the parking lot is horrible. Parking spaces are not clearly marked and it is very hard to find a space at certain times of the day. This is an issue that should be raised by all the shops with the landlord.”
