Metro by T-Mobile offers prepaid plans and phones from Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. The staff provides excellent, quick, and efficient service. They are friendly, helpful, patient, and awesome, taking the time to walk customers through plans and resolve phone issues. Associates assist over the phone and in the store, knowing what customers need for fast service. They also help with account information from other carriers. The service is wonderful, with staff willing to take extra steps to ensure customers get exactly what they need done.

Jason from the Deer park store was excellent he helped my dad reactivate his ESIM information on his phone and realized my dad , made my dads bill a lot more affordable and was very professional and willing to help unlike the stores in Copiague and Lindenhurst etc will definitely return .
