I had a request to update some info regarding the company website and needed it updated in a couple days, I have zero experience in this field. Mike S reached out and determined my needs without any buzzwords, he asked me probing questions to get the information required to fix the issues. He kept me in the loop on progress and when the update was completed so there were zero surprises.
Bottom line: He delivered on his word and made me look good.

A few years ago I was tasked with getting a website up and running for our league. Considering I was clueless, I was fortunate enough to contract MSEDP to help us. They took time to learn what we needed, help us layout our site, take care of the domain, and complete our designs. Over the last few years whenever I have needed a design adjustment or an additional page or just simply didn't know what I needed but knew I needed something, they have always been professional, informative, and always quick to respond. Our latest changes were not a tremendous project but the were needed immediately and, once again, MSEDP did not fail. I am very grateful to have found them!
