Very upset. I've been coming here for years and travel from queens. As she was doing my nails I made a comment it's not what I wanted ( I never complain ). I wanted a very light baby blue. They charged me extra without even telling me. I then decided to go back in after tipping And went to one lady saying it's thick and it's not what I asked for and she agreed. The owner or manager then came out and said "it's not thick, you need to say something while they're doing it" I replied with "I did". Very rude and made me uncomfortable. Now I have to find somewhere else and pay more money to fix them.

Have been going to my c nails for many years but it is time to change. The price is different for everyone. Now they are nickel and dimeing everything. It five dollars to get your nails cut beside paying for a full-in that’s what a fill-in is cut, acrylic, and nail polish. What are they going to start charging you to paint them at the end of a fill-in. Many nail salons out there will find one where the price is always the same and the same for everyone. I went to the Nail Salon the woman sprained my right thumb finger. I will never go back there ever again horribly run. Also, not a very clean salon not hygienic.
