I have been coming to Grace for nearly 5 years now. I followed her from the last salon she worked and am so proud of her and Jerry for opening up their very own salon! They are professional, personable and always go the extra mile for their customers.

Had a 6:15 appt. Walked in at 6:15 and they all looked at each other like "what's going on". I say I have a 6:15 and one of the nails techs says no while looking at the receptionist. Receptionist asks me my name and number and nods yes and says something to the tech. They all start saying no no no while shaking their heads and The guy in the back yells "30 minute wait - they have appointment" nodding to the people that walked in right behind me. Well, I had an appt too. I say cancel my appointment and the guy says wait only 30 minutes. ONLY 30 minutes. I don't think so. First time there. Last time there. The only reason they are getting a 1 is because they can't get a zero

Went here for a full set medium coffin and gel pedicure. The salon isn't the cleanest. I was quoted $50 for the tips over the phone but was charged $55 at the salon. Didn't even get a design. Polish was very sloppy. Had to go back 5 days later because 4 nails were lifting. They told me I needed a fill in and it hadn't even been a week. I'll never return here. I had the nails removed by another salon.

I have been here several times and the service was okay, but this last time made me feel as if I was not a valued customer. I was the only one in the salon when I came in for my appointment and things were progressing as usual. About halfway through my service other customers arrived. Two customers, not together, arrived and were each offered water. In the times I had been here previously I was never offered water, nor had I ever been greeted as warmly. Mind you one of these customers was brand new and the other had been in before. Interesting.

After trying quite a few nails salons, I find myself only coming back here now. Jerry is the man. Absolute hands of gold. It's a pleasure every time. He gives the best massages for spa pedicure and a little neck massage while you dry the gel manicure. He's also an all around delight and his work is careful. Highly recommend Jerry! The other ladies seem great, though I haven't tried them.

Update as they recently sold to new owners and all new staff. Absolutely a joke. In October I got powder on my natural nails and within a few days 2 broke. They fixed them. End of the week 3 more break, they fix them again. One cracked. I give them another chance because I wanted hold out hope. Next set or 2 came out fine enough. Nothing special but they lasted. Then today I went, specifically because I know my partner plans on proposing before the new Year so I wanted to make sure I had nice nails! I asked to keep the length (I've been growing them without cutting since they broke in October so they were decently long) and just found them out to more of an almond shapes. She started with my left hand and she took ALL the length and shaped them down to chicklets! One was so crooked it looked like an arrow pointing left. I told her to please be mindful because this was important to me and that hand was starting to lose more and more length with each finger. She started my right hand and broke my nail completely AND LAUGHED. At that point I said I was done with this service and that id pay for the polish removal but that I was absolutely not continuing. The owner offered someone else to give me a whole full set of for the same price as my manicure I politely declined and said this wasn't my first bad experience here and I wasn't willing to give them one last chance knowing these might very well me the Nails in my engagement photos. I can't believe how anyone could do the job she did and still feel comfortable charging for it.
The people there are so detail oriented and friendly. They genuinely take the time to hear what you want and talk about how to make it happen.

Grace always does a great job! Friendly people and clean shop. I previously went to Grace when she worked at a shop 1 min from my house. Now I have to travel from Islip Terrace to Deer Park for her services

Jerry & his wife are the BEST !! There both very genuine & caring & always leave me satisfied, everyone always asks me where I get my nails done bc of how beautiful they look ?, I have referred my friends & family & they too agree with me. It’s a travel for me since I moved out East but it’s WORTH it.

I had a gel pedicure with grace - she was super friendly and my pedicure came out great. I did UV gel with Jerry and I love my shape!! Only took 2 hours to get both done which is a huge plus for me as most places take 3+ hours. This is definitely going to be my new go to spot. * it's under new ownership - give it a shot!

I was a little hesitant when the owners changed but everything worked out fine. Jerry has been doing my nails and they are great. I love the way he shapes them and how friendly he and his wife are. I’m in love with my Christmas nails!
