Living with 2 disabled parents and a family member with a disability, a stairlift is a vital necessity. But when ours stopped working due to a dead battery, Stella from Next Level Accessibility was a lifesaver. She empathized with my situation and promptly sent a technician to repair our unit. With friends whose elderly parents will soon require stairlifts, I'll be highly recommending Next Level Accessibility to everyone, as this remarkable company prioritizes compassion and understanding alongside their business. A huge shout out to Rob, the exceptional technician who efficiently fixed our unit, doing a fantastic job. Mike and Rob were amazing. They were on time and quick with the set up. They explained everything in detail regarding the bed that was set up. They even took apart the old bed, which I appreciated. Over all this was an amazing experience, I would recommend them any time.

I had planned on calling around 3 businesses that installed ramps before I made the decision. That plan quickly changed once I started to talk with Karen. She explained everything from the type of material used to the method of installation and described the differences between renting and purchasing. When I asked questions she gave me thorough explanations and wanted to know if their was anything else I needed to know. I needed the ramp installed within the next 8 days so after she hung up with me she drove to the home to take measurements and prepare plans. The next day I had another question and this time I spoke with Ira. Both of these people were so informative, helpful and kind that I knew I wasn’t going to make any more calls, these were the people I wanted to hire. The ramp was built to meet our needs and the grounds were cleared of any remaining debris from the work. I give this company an A+.

John from Next level has been servicing our electric wheelchair and other accessibility needs for quite some time. He had always done a great job and is friendly and professional at the same time. The other workers from Next Level are also very good.

Mike was the technician that visited my house to change batteries and reinstall the chair. It had been removed so that an appliance could be carried down the stairs. He was as prompt, professional, got the everything done quickly. I was impressed by the quality of his work and the level of effort he put in. He is a great example of what an employee should be.

We had called Next Level Accessibility to service a stair lift and reset the dreaded Acorn F7 code. From our first phone call to when the tech left, it was a positive experience. We had gotten immediate assistance. Brandon, the tech who serviced it was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all our questions. It's difficult enough to deal with mobility issues and be at the mercy of the very few businesses available. We got very lucky in choosing Next Level Accessibility. We will certainly use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Rich delivered my scooter and showed me how to assemble/disassemble and operate it. He did a great job. My scooter had an issue with a wheel but John came out right away to assess repairs and order parts. They fully guarantee and stand behind their parts and work. There was no charge to me for the labor. He also did a great job and. I have spoken with 2 other members of the staff over the phone as well. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend this business!
