They are always friendly and have anything you can get at a place like Home Depot at a better price.”

“The Babylon store is neat, clean and uncluttered. The customer service reps are trained in paint and know their stuff. Jackie is CSR is outstanding! The SW paint products are high quality with a large color palate and I've been using them for years. Will continue to shop here versus the competitors i.e. ACE, Lowes or Home Depot. Hands down, a much better experience and helpful staff. Five stars !”

“Easy to see right off of New York Avenue servicing Huntington Station and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.”
“I visited the East Northport location after having a less than great experience at another location. I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by the store manager (Courtney) and another representative (I believe his name was Michael) together they had an incredible, professional dynamic and came across as not only good (great) at their jobs but enjoy working together.
Courtney was able and willing to assist me in picking out the best type of paint for my project along with assuring me my bold choices would be rewarded. Oh! She even hooked it up with a great coupon! All in all, a wonderful experience!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Costello's Ace Hardware of Northport that I wanted to share.
I purchased an item for online pickup which unfortunately had to be cancelled because of a mistake on the Ace Hardware Corporate site mistakenly showing the item in stock. However, the Saturday night crew (I sadly didn't get their names) did everything they could to help me by checking local warehouses, and calling their manager to see if I could purchase the display model. Initially it was a no, but the gentleman willingly and eagerly called his manager AGAIN for me and to my surprise the manager agreed.
Only because they went above and beyond for me by calling again allowed me to purchase a Christmas decoration that is very sentimental to my childhood. I will truly have a special holiday season this year because of the wonderful employees at Costello's Ace Hardware of Northport.”
