I visited Sephora at Kohl’s today and had an amazing experience! The customer service was exceptional, and the team is doing such a great job. A special shoutout to the beautiful lady Farida, who I believe is the BTL. She was absolutely amazing—so helpful and kind. Because of her and the wonderful service, I will always choose to come here. Keep up the great work

Went in yesterday with my husband and looked around for someone to help me. Was looking for the brand Caliray. A sales lady came up to me and literally started by telling me "we don't have a lot of brands please go elsewhere" without clearly hearing which brands I was looking for. I then asked her if they carry Huda Beauty and she quickly again said "No, we don't have that here, please try a mall". I looked around and found that they do in fact carry Huda Beauty. At this point I did not want to speak to her anymore. I asked another sales person to help me. This person also seemed reluctant to help. When I confronted her and told her the other lady told me you don't carry Huda even though you do she just shrugged. I chose to just walk away at this point. Extremely poor customer service.

I visited khol's did not go in Sephora but it did look good from a distance. Plenty of light and very stocked. People on the floor asking if I needed help when I passed by. Very friendly staff

My wife went there this morning and the employee that was there looked like he was afraid to even come close to her when assistance was requested into finding the right foundation color. Made me feel so uncomfortable. In order to make sales and have customers return, the employees must have customer service skills, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, friendliness and I could go on. It made me walk right out of the store without buying all the things I had in mind in buying. When hiring retail store members they need to have a friendly attitude. Friendliness is about being approachable, naturally welcoming. Which definitely this specific store don’t have.

Horrible customer service! Waited 20 minutes for assistance was ignored while the employee chatted with a friend for over 20 minutes. There is so many other places to get your make up and hair products. I will never shop there again they need to seriously look into their staff.

The saleswoman stopped what she was doing to help me find the product I was looking for, which they had! They have a ton of great products there and the staff were friendly. I like that it’s inside a Kohls too.EDIT: I returned multiple times to the Sephora to buy a product, but when they ran out they told me they weren’t able to order more and I had to go online to do it. How are the employees/ staff not capable of ordering more products? Doesn’t make sense.

Person who answered the phone was very rude after I patiently waited 25 minutes and kindly asked her to check if something was in stock ( my boyfriend went yesterday and they told him they would have it by today). Made me feel bad after asking a simple question.However, when my boyfriend went to the store yesterday to ask about the perfume I wanted, the person was helpful and looked for the product.
