I love the store, specially my favorite cashier Carmen , she is very well presented and friendly and kind and pacient with everyone specially elderly, one comment I want to make a few managers are very rude, the one name Susan and the one with long hair I think his name dan just to bringing to your attention customer services is very important for a business.

Sorry I can’t put less than one star , should been negative 10 stars ,Worst supermarket i have ever been to, I been there couple of times since I moved to the area , 3 years ago, tonight was very bad experience, this old lady, super nasty, rude , called me names , i think she is front manager, acting like she is district manager, asked for the store manager, they brought someone, who I hope isn’t the real person running the store , seemed confused , i think they were just disrespecting me more , he was dressed down , didn’t seem like he knew what he is talking about, I guess management need to pay more attention, that’s why probably the company is going down, very bad customer service, false advertising, not the first time, I have had bad experience and bad attitude from employees.

The deli makes me want to pull my hair out. I ordered at the ipad and never got a text that it was ready. I came back 45 min later to give the lady my last name. She shrugged and blinked at me, and said she never got an order. I told her my last name 10 more times and she just continued to blink at me. Finally another worker found the order on the ipad. The lady proceeded to cut the wrong ham and then asked if we were done. Told her it was wrong and no, we are not done because we ordered on the ipad and she didnt complete the order. She forgot the name again and asked again, and again… and again….. my sister had an order to and they did the same thing. Most of the time when I go to shop rite the deli reeks like animal urine and cigarettes. She yelled back at us and said we told her the order was completed because my fiance kept trying to tell her whatever was ordered was infront of her because they found the order but she kept forgetting.

Delivery of rotten, moldy tomatoes, steak brown & slimy under 48 hours, milk going bad well before the due date, charged for items not delivered. Sending you the oldest junk off the shelves & also leaving it out too long before delivery obviously it wouldn't spoil so fast otherwise. If you call them make sure you get the credit they say they'll give you because that's also not been given. So many exciting things to look forward to when you're disabled & have to get groceries delivered!

Mr Thompson I'm happy to take this down if someone responds. I'm a huge supporter of independent retail and wakefern coop / shoprite stores. I was just in this location and reported the bottle room being a disaster and I got one "yeah" and one "okay" I called before leaving this review and waited for 2 minutes and then Darryl couldn't hear me on the phone. Might be my connection. Any of the staff know how to say thank you or we will come right over? If I'm only getting a "yeah" or "okay" from your store what's the difference between online or big box? Can we be treated a little better as loyal customers?

We really like this location, it was redone with an emphasis on the owners family tree where they have signs indicating a family members' street/area. We love how they have many real persons staffing the registers vs having customers scan their own items. There are self check outs but for the most part people are still employed here and that is our attraction to this location and why although there are other competitors in the area, we prefer to come here. They also play great music over the PA system. Thank you.

Mediocre but consistent. 3.5 stars really. Not bad, just don't eat the bagels; people always take the bagels with their hands. It's too bad really. I used to get them, and stopped because of that.

This store is always well organized and clean. The staff are very willing to lend support to customers in the isles and shoot a smile and a kind conversation during check out. My favorite neighborhood grocery, the pay points could use some updating; the screens don’t always register user input which is a little annoying.

All carts LOCK outside store - can’t load groceries in parking lot. Tried using a hand basket and was stopped by THREE standing around employees, none of them gave a $hlt about poor customer experience.
Will never return.

Great only place I go for over 8 years now fish is always fresh have my clams and the people are nice music is good too
P.S. In 2024 I visited because I buy my fish from here. When he went in the back to get it looked kind of red to me. After I got it home to clean and cook and freeze some the meat just tore off in my hand I was pissed at myself because I usually have no problem and brought all that fish money wasted lesson learn Salmon should not be a dark red. My fault for trusting and not paying closer attention and then losing my receipt. Shop Rite fault for selling bad fish. So I will take a star off sorry.
