I was in a critical, urgent situation with having to transfer from one homeless family shelter to another. I was in need of a rental vehicle & visited after much prayer. Thankful to Jesus who made the way and these associates that took care of my needs from my initial visit w/Yvette R. who reached out to ASM Eddie Ray with my request. Everything was setup according to my needs. Friday morning there was a slight issue but all was resolved within an hour prior to my arrival. Thank you to John & Diana in that department. Upon return lastly met & taken care of by Yvette M. Thanks to all of you helpful & pleasant associates. There wasn't any discriminating due to my status, race, sex, etc. Parking was readily avail. Rental van was spacious, paper provided to cover flooring. I would recommend this location. Thanks everyone. May God continue to Bless you all with a loving heart & your endeavors.

This Home Depot must be the worst the planet. 64 min to input data , this is after a measurement was done all we needed was a ticket to pay Kept blaming it on computer issue when it was incompetent employees they did not know how to enter the data next trip was for mini blinds. -just replacing an existing one that broke. All data was in the computer !!! So much wasted time 1 st employee didn't know how to process request. Second employee had to call manufacturer. I brought old purchase order. and blind in to store. Incredible incompetence!!! And waste of time. Close to house but I think I need to drive to Lowe's

As far as Home Depot's go this one is pretty standard. When you can find someone to help you they're fantastic and you can find what you need very easily.They have appliances, window treatments, and everything you need to design your home from building to decorating.

Tonite my mother and I were so grateful for the assistance we experienced with Pedro. Not only did he answer questions we had concerning the purchase of a new toilet but he also went above and beyond to see if Home Depot offered installation which unfortunately they don't, but he then proceeded with getting a cart, loading the cart and unloading the heavy item into our car. Pedro I can't thank you enough for your time and knowledge. The world needs more Pedro's with a smile!!

This Home Depot is the best in the neighborhood. The store is always stocked and has so many options to choose from. I had some questions about a product and had an issue getting the item. Asst. Manager Dan P went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly and helped me get the item that I needed. Management that cares is what makes a local store great!

This store is ABSOLUTELY RACIST! I was passed over when I needed help from employees and even given attitude. Every time I come to this store the employees are constantly standing around talking as if there were no customers there. When I approached two employees and began to speak to one of them, the one I was speaking to looked at me and walked away as if I wasn't there. It was so BLATANT the other employee who had been talking to her was taken back by her rudeness. He ended up point to aisle I should go down. A few minutes later, I asked the same young man for help whereas I still could not find what I was looking fue and he asks me to give him a minute that he was helping someone. After waiting a few minutes I went down the aisle where he was helping a WHITE person. None of these people went with me to make sure I found what I wanted. None of the employees even made sure I found what I was looking for. I was so upset at this point, I asked for the manager. All of a sudden one of the employees who was rude to me offered to take 50% off of the item I asked him to help me find. By that time, the manager (Larry) came and I explained the situation. I asked him why his employees were eager to help White people and pass over BLACKS? I told him I was treated in a racist manner and this should not be occurring in the 21st century and has to stop! Of course he told me that I should not have been treated like that. In addition. I made it quite plain I would no longer be a patron at the store although I lived close by. He even gave me one of the products I bought at no charge, apologized for how I was treated and asked me what I wanted him to do and I said FIX IT! Larry assured me he would handle the situation. I truly hope he stands by his word. All the "shoulds" in the world mean nothing if there is no change Racism is still alive and well and must be STOPPED!

I had a reservation for a truck with a 2 pm pick up. I called the day before to confirm and I was lead to believe everything was fine. When I get there and I'm told that the van isn't there. No email no phone call that they had canceled my reservation. I had people I had to pay and a delivery that needed to be made. I have lost a lot of money. They said the van should have been back at 10 am Friday. I called at 4 pm Friday and was told I was all set. If the VAN wasn't there I should have been told so I could have made different plans.

Recently purchased my kitchen granite countertop through home depot online order. The measurements and sample system online was awesome, and straight forward to follow directions. Either way, once you make your purchase, you will get a phone call regarding your purchase. They give you the option to pick a custom slab too if desired. You'll be assigned a Designer who will keep you up to date on your order and any special/custom request, my designer was Amanda from PennFab. Amazing and super patient! The home depot staff was amazing as well, the whole design department in home depot was great with advise and planning. After the fabricator sent someone to take measurements AND make a template, I then paid the remaining bill for any adjustments. (I changed the color.) BUT most importantly, the measurements and the template process was smooth and it's VERY accurate! Desiree, thank you so much for staying on top of my project, and being so very patient with my color picking frinzy. Joseph, your advice on the size and discount, stellar! Great call, and thank you for the confidence in the whole process. Mr. H! You're the best, the man let me look through EVERY color sample and was in no rush. Home Depot design department is obviously all on the same page, and are good at what they do. They know the process well, and they also understand the anxiety of the customer when picking the right color/material. Highly recommended! Smooth and easy enough process at the end.

My friend and I went to rent an electrical power wash to use to clean the back yard brick floor. The clerk that was at the rental dept pointed to the only one that was at that time.No help was offered and we, women took it and a man that just parked his car, helped us to put it in my friend's Grand Cherokee.At home, my friend followed the clerk instructions and turned it on. The machine did not have any power. While my friend was talking to the rental dept and already upset, I started to clean a section. In order to clean an area, I had to put the hose close to the floor.My friend talked to the manager and he offered to give her another one but one that uses fuel in instead. At the store my friend complaint because the previous clerk did not advise that electrical power wash did not have the same pressure. Back to the store, we got the fuel power washer that was heavier. This time the same manager helped us by putting it inside the car.Already at home, we manueve to take it out of the car. My friend set it up and when she turned it on, the hoses started to leak. We tried to adjust it firmly without using any tool but the hose did not stop leaking with pressure.Once again my friend called back the rental dept and spoke to the manager. We, once again had to take it back to the store. We have already spent three hours between driving and bring at the store!At the store the manager realized that the hose was missing a washer. My friend told him that he knew it before he gave it to us because she saw that he could not screw up the hose. He admitted it. Then my friend told him that she was expecting a free rental as a remedy for the time spent back and forth, the frustration and lack of information and advise from them. The manager agreed.At home, this time the power wash worked as expected. The free rental was granted after my friend returned the power wash machine. However, the clerk that took the machine out of the car, because he was by himself, literally let the machine drop to the floor. After he took it back to the rental dept., he tested it to check if it was still working in order to grant my friend the free rental. My friend reminded him that he let the machine drop to the floor from the car...and if the machine would not work as because he damaged it.So my advice to any person thinking of renting any tool, to make sure the clerk provudes you with proper instructions, that s/he revise the tool before renting it, to make sure the accessories are working properly.

Once again the Deer Park Home Depot makes life difficult. Not only do they never have what I need, but when they do have the item, it's damaged when i get home. I purchased a complete bathroom in store but they had to order everything online and ship to store. Got home with my Black toilet and find out that the strapped pallet was a pedestal sink.. Who has to return it to the store, ME? Just purchased a vanity for the second bathroom, get home with the contractor, damaged... Does anyone help, NOPE. The store could care less, the online help people didn't want anything to do it. I had to drag the piece of crap back to the store to get an attitude from the cashier as to why it has no barcode on it... Then walk to the paint department and the woman was helping ME, walked off, and when I gave her the paint color I wanted, told me I had to wait in line, meanwhile she already had the rest of my paint in the shaker machine. So, how many morons does it take to work at Home Depot? Here's a picture of my garbage vanity I had to return.

Stay away from their sanders, I really had bad experience.rented a drum sander, they pick one for me , took it home couldn’t sand much the sand paper couldn’t pick anything with 36 grit paper, I call them , they said use 24 grit ran to store got 24G paper not much difference but at same time their edger sander , sanding and picking everything withe 36 G paper. I had to take the sander back they give another one brought it home, nothing changed, the first one was actually better it took me 2days to to sand 400 sf floor. Paid 24 hour rent + insurance $$$$when I was cleaning the sander for returning, I noticed that these sanders were inspected on 3/17/17 I rented them in October/2019.
