Second time coming here. I paid for the interior vacuum and they just used an air hose to blow the dirt around, leaves were still in the car mind you it’s a brand new car. On the exterior many spots were not sufficiently clean. I wanted to like this spot as it’s close to my house. I’ll be driving to rainbow ? from now on.Services: Vacuuming

Got the top of the line ultimate wash from this place giving it a second chance. Waste of a whopping $54! 15 mins and my car is done, place has slogan for detailed car wash. Dust marks left untouched, interior dust and debris left untouched even tires had everything still on it. Workers dont know english so dont brother telling them anything. Not recommended at all.Services: Polishing

Always a great experience. Super clean and thorough; almost doesn't feel like I have two messy kids! And no strong smell. I only go to Pooran.

my rear view mirror hanging necklace was broken during a wash here this evening and my broken charms were left scattered on the floor mat and cup holder.I now know to not tip until I first see how well they cleaned or what damages were done. This has never occurred before at other car washes.A female employee had the opportunity to inform me of what happened or to apologize since she was the last one working on my car, but she just left it that way - thrown on the floor and cup holder.how careless and poor service on her part. even if the damage was done by another coworker, someone should've communicated this to me, instead of pretending nothing happened and think I wouldn't notice something so obvious?

They say closing time is 6 but they close much earlier. I called and asked what time they stop washing. They said as long as I’m there before 6. I drove 20 minutes and they closed early. Unprofessional.

Nice staff and fast service. The place is clean and they have these cute wooden chairs you can sit and wait while your car gets serviced.

Did the ultimate $50 car wash, had to ask the young man to go over my car 3 times. Car seats were wet with cleaner, vacuuming of the trunk was not done until I inspected the car. interior had areas that had not been touched. Not worth the $50 + $10 tip. Never again.cleaned. Just sloppy work & certainly not worth $50 & the $10 tip. Never again.Services: Polishing

Standing in line since 7:45 while they open at 8am. It's been 8:10am no one even bothered to open the front and there is a line behind me too. ? What an awful start.

Best car wash in deer park! A lil pricey, but they do a real great job inside and outside of car. They have a early bird special Mon-Thurs before 12pm 15% off! I highly recommend this place if you want a great car wash. This place is always busy and the wait time can be up to 30 mins and better, but it's worth it. There's plenty of other places in the area, but non compare to Pooran. If you have a nice car and want it done right, this spot is good. They are the best. The second I walked up to my car I noticed how clean the outside of my car was by just touching the handle. Then when I looked inside the car it was pristine! Every corner an inch of my car had been cleaned, exactly how I always wished every car wash company would clean my car. They do incredible work there with the utmost concern for your vehicle I'll recommend this place to anyone who's serious about getting a great car wash and keeping it looking amazing

I will admit they did do a good job with the cleaning but I am giving the low review due to me finding my windows scratched after the wash.
