Purchased 3 packs of socks. One of them were mis labeled as the incorrect size. Other two packs were fine so I know the size I picked was fine. I also purchased hundreds of dollars in other stuff this same purchase.
Went back to do an exchange for a correct one and was refused. Was told all sock sales were final. Doesn't matter if it was mis labeled. Store management wouldn't even look at my reciept. Reached out to Under Armour customer care and they allowed me to mail them back via UPS for a refund. So then I had to print a label & go to a UPS store to ship it.
Had to jump through so many hoops to get a $11 exchange on something that was a company error.

Store is nice, but the young lady behind the desk could care less. She was more interested in texting and speaking over us when an item rang up full price, when it was clearly listed as the sale price. (both in store and online) Wouldn’t check the rack and we left without it.
