I usually have a wonderful experience, but not today. I bought floor paint when I opened it, it seemed too dark. I called the store and asked if the steel wool gray was darker than the slate gray. She didn't know. So she put her supervisor on the phone, she told me it turns lighter when it dries. BS, this is not my first rodeo. Neither one of them could look at the color chart on the side of the paint desk. So I went up there. There were 3 people behind the paint desk 2 were on their cell phones. 2 feet away from the paint chart. Luckily for them, I'm not their boss. This happened 1/26 between 4 & 5pm. The older woman that took care of me one of my prior visits was wonderful. Those 3 girls need to be retrained or replaced.

This is probably my favorite hardware store. The staff are helpful and the prices are great. I lucked out when I went there to find a red tag special on a cordless drill I was looking at. Nice to save an extra $50. Highly recommend this place.
