I took my car in which they are supposed to be a specialist in and they gave me a generic response to what the problem was. I had to take my car to a small town local mechanic to get a real assessment

Made an appointment to swap snow tires with all season tires which I brought with me. At the end of the appointment I went to pay the bill and was charged $133.92. I questioned the charge as being much higher than I had paid at other places of service in the past. I was told that is the charge for mounting and balancing tires and the owner was not there to discuss the charge with. I paid the bill and contacted other places of service locally who confirmed in comparison to their prices I was over charged approximately $60 to just swap tires. I made several phone calls back to Delhi Motors were I was told that the owner was not interested in adjusting the price, so I ended up with a $133 charge just to change my tires over. It is very sad a local business takes advantage of their local customers. Will not use or recommend Delhi Motors.

My father's Jeep was misfiring, it was throwing 3 codes (check engine) and it would stall. He also had 2 recalls due on the Jeep so he took it to Delhi Motor Co. to have the recalls done and the have the vehicle repaired. He wrote down the 3 codes and Provided them along with the Jeep which had a 1/2 tank of gas in it. The Jeep had been misfiring every time my father used it. A week later my father stopped in to check on Jeep, was told they got Jeep to misfire And that they were brainstorming on what was causing misfire. Another week later my father stopped in to check on Jeep, they told him they did recalls, checked wiring harness and replaced CAM sensor. Told my father that they were going to drive it around more to make sure it was fixed. Week 3 on Friday they called my father and told him that he could pick up Jeep. When my father went in to pick it up, he was told they think they fixed it, but, if Jeep acts up again and stalls, just get to the side of the road and let it sit then it should start back up. Then my father was handed a bill for $918.00 - he got in his car and I followed him to gas station. His Jeep was on EMPTY! Of course the Jeep misfired in less than a 20 mile ride. The next day I tried to call and speak to owner, he was out. Next 2 times same thing. When I finally got to speak to him I asked him if they had any other ideas as to what caused misfiring. He said he didn't know because they couldn't duplicate the problem. On mileage in and mileage out on the bill they drove almost 130 miles. Someone obviously used the Jeep for personal use because cup holders were open in back and there was a block of wood in the back. My father is 75 years old and is only one who uses the Jeep! We ended up using internet to find codes and determined problem was crank sensor. Jeep is now fixed NO THANKS to Delhi Motor Co.!!!!!

We went there for a spare key because our vehicle can't have a random spare key, it has to be synched to the car. They were very helpful in explaining how it works and why.

I have always been treated great here. Quick and very professional. Other dealers should learn from them.

I HIGHLY recommend that you use another company if in any way possible. Would be zero if I could rate it that low. Claims that you can't assist them because their insurance covers whatever damage may be done, so you assisting them isn't covered. They proceeded to damage the rear of my bumper. Meanwhile, i have pictures of the bumper before they pulled it out and the picture shows no damage. I also have pictures of the damage afterwards where it was torn up the back side and they refuse to do anything about it. Let alone the fact that they charged 2 days of storage fees ($55/day) without any mention of it at the time or I would not have used their services.
