Refill by phone doesn’t work. Texting customer when medicine is ready doesn’t work. Had to go there multiple times for the same prescription even though they said it was ready by phone each time. It wasn’t and wouldn’t be til another day. Completely dysfunctional customer service. Pharmacist is great, other pharmacy staff rude & surly. Store manager overwhelmed.

There are tags all over the shelves inviting customers to clip coupons in the app and save, so I did that when I got the the counter, and the less than helpful associate told me it would probably take 24 hours to link. Well that’s terrible advertising and a large waste of customers’ time. Any CVS or Rite Aid would have honored the discounts they were advertising by manually discounting the item.

Arriving at the pharmacy with our 3 year-old daughter and her mother (who had an 11:00 AM appointment for a vaccination) I casually asked the clearly overworked pharmacy technician if it might be possible if I also received mine (for which my appointment was not until 1:00 PM). The pharmacist did not miss a beat; she told me it would be no problem as she busily filled what is no doubt a never-ending influx of prescriptions. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly; no small task for this group of all-too-often under appreciated and overworked, yet CRITICAL, part of the healthcare industry. Thank you very much to the entire Delhi Walgreen’s team!

Really kind and understanding pharmacist on staff. I have actually dealt with them before when it was Rite Aide, I believe, and I had the same experience. I actually am in the process of switching over all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy due to my experience at the other local pharmacy, where I was left with panic attacks when the time came to refill my prescription, so it works out perfectly! Recommend!

I am unable to determine what the problem is here. Rarely is there a seamless transaction at the pharmacy. I have refused reminder calls or automatic refills because the messages never matched reality. Being informed that my prescription was ready for pick up meant I would waste time waiting on line at the store to be told I had nothing ready for pick up. I tried all weekend to call in a prescription renewal on their automated system. No luck because the system never came on when called. Nothing, dead air. If this was a mom and pop operation, I might be more forgiving, but this is a national chain. Is it store management? Pharmacy management? Too much grief and annoyance for a basic service.

Absolutely terrible service at the pharmacy. Scheduled a Covid booster....appointment was at 340 pm....by 410pm still not vaxed and overheard the pharmacist tech making a date for later that night with another customer ! Then when we are leaving she has my insurance cards and vax card all mixed up with our receipts which had I not realized it could have easily been lost in the shuffle. An absolute disgrace.

5 Stars for Kathy, the store manager. What a wonderfully kind, patient and understanding individual. She went above and beyond to help myself and son at a vaccine appointment. I can’t thank her enough for taking time out of her night to help.

A bit of antipathy not quit apoplectic yet. Young or old you will have to wait in a line. Expediting is not in reach of their forte. Falsehood callings are to be expected. The pharmacy can be a petulance of rue.
