i went in yesterday to get change for my business i was in line for 15 mins before the hire up asked me what i need i said i need change all i need were 3 rolls of quarters two rolls of dimes one roll of nickels and four rolls of pennies. He told me I’d be about a 30 minute wait to get change which is actually ridiculous so altogether I would’ve spent 45 minutes waiting to get change smh

Very rude teller. 1st gave me the wrong amount of money from my account. No big deal but when I corrected her she rolled her eyes and grabbed the money back. She then shoved the correct amount to me without a word. I had to count it myself to make sure it was correct as she never did. The tellers Usually count the money in front of you before they give it to you but not this one.

More often than not, I drive ten minutes to this branch on a weekday just to find the doors locked and a “temporarily closed” sign on the window. On the odd chance this branch is open for business, the people are quite nice, but don’t ever make plans around a quick trip to the bank before getting on with your day, because if you’re a Bank of America customer in Delmar, your branch is probably inaccessible. Get ready to take a drive into Albany and have everything else you planned to do delayed.

Yesterday a nice young lady named Brenna assisted me at the bank. She helped me accomplish everything that I needed to get accomplished and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

The second time I had walk out because of standing and waiting and waiting while the one person working the counter is helping someone they should've sent to someone behind a desk to help them. Especially in the line marked BUSINESS clients! Take that sign down because it's certainly misleading as they'll take anyone in that line except actual business clients. Do you not want money deposited into your bank? Do you think people want to stand in line over 10 minutes to make a deposit while you're printing someone's financials for them so their daughter can buy a house? Newsflash: THEY DON'T! ForPete's sake! Pay attention. There were at least three others working there as the line just got bigger. You'd think they would jump in to help! Nope. Oh well. No thousands for you today,

I have driven to this branch yesterday and today and encountered a sign on the door saying that "due to circumstances beyond our control" this branch office is temporarily closed. Other customers were there and expressed anger and frustration with this.What's going on? This is bad business.

Walk in to add a person to my account to be told in a rude manner to make an appointment. I’m disappointed in this branch that is always either close or lack employees.

My son just got his first job and we needed to set him up with checking, savings, online, etc. We worked with Ralph who got us set up quickly and treated my 15 year old with great respect. Great experience.
