The pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful. The checkout experience was efficient and the wait time minimal. I had to consult with the Pharmacist and she was well versed on alternative options for over the counter given my regular prescription was out.
The store is well stocked and clean. I will return.

I recently moved to Delmar and have always liked CVS, but this location really stands out. The overnight crew is super friendly and helpful—especially Franklin, who always goes above and beyond. The rest of the team is also great, making late-night trips here a pleasant experience.
That being said, there’s one older white lady who is consistently rude and unpleasant. Every time I come in, she has an attitude and seems bothered by customers. It’s a stark contrast to the rest of the team, who are genuinely nice and welcoming.
Overall, this CVS is a solid spot, thanks to employees like Franklin and the rest of the crew. If not for that one rude staff member, it would be a perfect experience.

Very busy, yes. Unhappy staff; especially the pharmacists and counter staff. Rude, short, and put out. I seldom complain, but customer service and attitude still matters to me. The pharmacy hand held scanner has never worked, so why make it an option to pick up prescriptions.

Make sure you double check what medications you pick up against what you should pick up. We noticed that they had not included everything prescribed by the doctor, because they were not covered by the insurance, and they hadn’t brought this to our attention, which is not good considering the health condition of our patient.

absolute terrible service. tried multiple times to pick up a prescription, waited half an hour each time, gave up and left. last time there was only one person in line in front of me, but they only had a single window open, even though there was a ton of people behind the counter. Eventually, they unfulfilled the prescription completely. taking my business somewhere else.

Beware when picking up prescriptions here! They gave me someone else's prescription today. I noticed before even leaving the store. They refused to do an exchange (each prescription was $115). They issued a refund and charged me again and told me it'll be back on my card within a week. I also had to wait nearly 7 hours for them to fill the script. My doctor called it in at 2pm, they sat on it until I called at 5 asking them to push it through, attempted to pick it up at 7:30 and didn't leave with the correct prescription until 845... But not without having to go back in AGAIN because they charged me for a 45 unit prescription (as im prescribed) but only gave me 30!

The slowest pharmacy known to man. Prescription called in at 1pm. Show up at 4:45 and told I need to wait 15 minutes. They have 10 people working but they never seem to get anything done in a timely manner.
