Today I took my car for an oil change at the Delmar location. I have used jiffy lube for many years and was always satisfied with the service and how I was treated. Today was different. I forgot my phone and when I paid the invoice and was not credited the 25$ coupon. I drove home got my phone and returned to the store. There I was told that he would not credit me for the coupon. This all took place within an hour time and I will never return to jiffy lube.

They did not acknowledge my arrival for 30 minutes at which point the attendant prioritized vehicles that arrived 10-15 minutes after I had. I informed them of the error and that I was leaving. It's disappointing to see a Mercedes given priority over a pickup.

Best carwash in the Capital District. Not only this location, but all of the Hoffman Carwashes. Have been using their services for almost 20 years, including detailing and Jiffy Lube.

Staff was friendly to myself and other customers, advised me of an issue with my vehicle and requested information from me before correcting the issue. First time at this Jiffy Lube. Very impressed.

their service itself is good but they aggressively try to upsell on every possible thing. with my simple inspection it wasn't too bad. My wife also needed an oil change and they kept her there for a full hour after I left and tried to strong arm her into $700 in additional services based solely on her mileage and refused to listen to the fact that she goes elsewhere for maintenance and repairs.

Got in reasonably quickly at 9am for an oil change, which, with coolant top off and full synthetic oil, as recommended by my car manufacturer, was $142, which I think is a lot for an oil change. Part of the "Signature Service" includes vacuuming car interior and cleaning the exterior windshield. Neither of those services were performed, in fact I had to wipe off the crayon marks before I left, from the outside of the windshield placed by one of the technicians. Also, I filled up the windshield wiper fluid prior to going for the service, and on my receipt, it was recorded as "filled," which implies to me that they were the ones to fill it with, which was not the case.

I would never go to Monroe with these guys around. Corey the manager is excellent. The technicians work quickly and efficiently. I got my inspection here. It seems like i’m not the only one who receives a suggestion for new brake fluid, which is why I always have my mechanic check those things. However, they are not too pushy here.
