I'm forced to designate one star so that i may enter this review. That is not fair. I would not have designated any stars. Please revise this option. I had an extremely disturbing and unpleasant experience this morning that ruined my day, for no reason. I made a simple request for temporary checks; my new check order had an error, and I wanted to make sure that I had a couple checks in abeyance. I did not know how this procedure and simply asked. The teller and the bank manager type were extremely rude and condescending. They responded to me as if I were suspicious. The manager type said that he'd been in this office for seven years and had never met me, as if this somehow was relevant. I was incredibly affronted by this question and his behavior, and the condescending behavior of the teller. I did not get their names. The manager type is a male 50-ish. The teller is a female 50-ish with reddish brown hair and glasses. This deucedly unnecessary and unprofessional interaction has really upset me and is just one more example of the hellish world we are living in.

Everyone there, wants to be there and it shows. Super helpful. I really like this bank!
Have checking, savings, high yield savings, CD, always patient and knowledgeable.

Took a full 5 minutes to withdraw money. Acceptable but slow. Do they only serve 20 customers an hour?

Fantastic service and customer care. The manager Matt will go above and beyond to see that your needs are met. While tending to one issue, he will also let you know if your account is vulnerable in other areas and offer the best upgrade options to help make it more secure.

Great Keybank branch. They have easy access from multiple roads with a sizable parking lot. Inside is very clean with friendly staff that are also very knowledgeable. There has never been a line longer that one person and if there is another teller is quick to become available. Regardless if you prefer Keybank or not, this is a great branch.

Just opened an account and will close that account in 6 months so I don't have to pay Keybank's $25.00 account early closure fee. Bizarre banking policies including not letting me make a deposit into my new account due to a security block on that account. Never encountered a bank that refused to take my money before. Apparently, I had not proved residency to their Security Department well enough despite bringing a driver's license and utility bill into the branch. They froze the account and did not allow me access to my funds for 2 weeks. They don't use signature cards, so they have no real way to tell if a check presented on your account is good. They were all very pleasant in the branch. But that's not a good enough reason to continue banking with them.

First Niagara Bank was purchased by Key Bank. I received a check, First Niagara and went into the Delaware Ave branch to cash it. The teller could not pull up the account. Three Key Bank employees tried to help after many phone calls nothing. They spoke to the person who wrote the check. The system just is not working with the merger. After waiting over a hour I was told I could deposit it at my bank. The teller slide the check back to me and said "We can not cash this check". I said, You should at least say sorry sir". I use to do business with Key Bank and rememberd why I don't. Poor service.
