The lady at the desk was rude. Avoid this place if you can.

An older female phlebotomist verbatim said loudly to another patient “trump is finally clearing the mud. I am a Christian and I have to believe that transgenders are mentally ill. It’s a sickness. It’s what I have to believe.”
This was a horrifying thing to hear in a healthcare establishment. That employee should be fired for unprofessional and discrimination.

The nurse at the front desk was extremely rude, openly coughing and yelling at me and other patients waiting. The worst of it all, my blood work was mishandled—marked as “TNP” because proper care wasn’t taken with the four vials she drew. It took over three weeks for Labcorp to inform me that I needed to have my blood redrawn. This was, by far, the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.

Came in for an STD test that I made an appointment for and paid for online. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. Raised her voice to me and was just a grouch. I opted to go somewhere else

Lady at front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude each time I go in. I would not recommend this location.

Waited almost an hour because there was only 1 nurse/receptionist on staff and many, many people in waiting room. Management needs to better staff these offices! In addition, only 1 check-in machine was working! Also, you have to check-in at the machine and then sit and wait just to find out if your doctor’s office sent in your script. The receptionist won’t tell you when you get there. If they don’t have it, you will have waited all that time for nothing! More staffing required. Sadly, I have to go here because of insurance, otherwise I would go elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was very aggressive and condescending towards not only me but the rest of the patients. I will not be returning.

I just left Labcorp in Delmar. Danielle was wonderful, very friendly. She performed a completely painless blood draw. I definitely recommend them.

My insurance requires no co pay and no deductible for lab work done by Labcorp. Labcorp would not do blood work ordered by doctor unless I paid them - what they said I owed for lab work ordered by dr. today. I paid - and called my insurance provider- they verified based on my policy and their contract there is no co pay and no out of pocket to deductibles to labcorp.Labcorp is not honoring they contract with insurance carrier and taking funds from patients illegally.

This review is about the Delmar location only. I have gone to this lab several times over the past 3 years and every time they say they didn't receive the order faxed over by my Dr. The first couple times I thought possibly my Drs. office forgot but this kept happening to me and others who were in waiting room I now make sure I bring a copy to my appt.(and now I go to another labcorp not as close but more professional) The most disturbing thing however, about the staff here is that they talk very loudly amongst themselves about patients after they have left. Ex. one of them complained so the whole waiting room could hear about how much she hates the smell of peoples' poop samples. Oh and if you are older and not computer savvy don't ask for help from them to check in at the kiosk. They sent a family member home to bring someone back to help him sign in. Just seems so uncaring and unprofessional to me.

I had a 9:15 appointment. After 25 minutes, I inquired and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. After 40 minutes and 5 more people were called, I left.
