Terrible experience. I am still waiting on a call back for my desk computer and laptop. They have not return any calls. I been to the location twice and they have been close. I dont recommend this place.

White Wolf 'guys' have fixed my computer 3 times now. Each time the service was very quick and convenient. And their prices were very economical. I use my desk top computer for my home business and could not afford to be without it for long. So twice White Wolf fixed it the same day. One time I had to leave it overnight, but it was ready the following day. Plus they took time to explain clearly what the problems were, which will help me deal with possible future problems. Thanks White Wolf.

I have been a client of Robert and White Wolf for years. Very professional and I am very computer challenged, and very patient and informative with me from day one. I would never have anyone else help me with computer problems, and in fact, the last time, I had him order my computer and set it up, as White Wolf knew exactly what I needed, and it was wonderful.

I have been with White Wolf for 5 yrs!When shopping around 5 yrs ago for a new computer,I had looked at several companies in the area and it got to be very confusing.After discussing with Rob my needs he made it sound very simple.He made me very comfortable in his explanation etc.I have always found them to be very understanding ,reasonable and have always exceeded my expectations.Would not use anybody else!

I can trust they are giving me the best quality products and services without being incredible expensive or time consuming. They understand SBANENY's needs and respond appropriately. As always, two thumbs up for the White Wolf! I had experienced an attempted hack one evening. They had control of my desktop so I had to pull the plug. I called next morning and described my episode to Rob. He explained what had happened and there was probably no problems but still set up a remote checkup. The checkup went well and some other minor issues were corrected. Both Rob and Brandon listened to and answered my questions with patience and understanding. Glad to be a regular client!

I've been working with White Wolf for three years plus. Rob and crew install the Dentrix updates( a dental soft ware program) for us. The also transitioned us from a peer to peer system to a server system. Recently we did office renovations which required us to shut down and move the server etc. Best of all they got the system up and running on schedule.

Just saw a recent review which reminded me that I should get off the Yelp bench and do my part. Last year our home office computer system just stopped. My wife needs a computer at home for her work and could not afford any down time. A quick call to White Wolf had me bring in my computer for diagnostic. As we feared it was dead. However they were able to salvage everything on the hard drive, walked us through options for new computer, ordered and installed it within days. What could have been a nightmare was actually a pleasant, although not cheap, experience. Very Happy.

Amazing customer service. Hard place to find, but I just showed up with a question and the woman there (Jenn) not only answered all of my questions, she straight up gave me a SATA cable (no stores in the area were carrying them). It was awesome and now I wish I had at least offered a consult fee or something. Will absolutely use them for any other issues or upgrades I can't handle myself.
