great service during the day never had an issue but seems that the guy that works night shift rather sit on his cellphone talking to whoever on speaker phone so everyone in the store can hear his conversation than doing his job he wouldn't scan my barcode in my 711 app so I could redeem my free slurpee than my ebt card wouldn't work any other time they can let me type in the numbers and be able to use it he claimed he didn't know how to do that and i had to a different form of payment he was very ignorant and rude to myself and others in the store ignoring people's questions and cashing people out that people were actually walking out of the store to go else were because they couldnt get him to do his job he prioritized a phone call over his job the slurpee machine is never on the last 3 nights I've gone there and they were actually on tonight the area of the drink machines was trashed things spilled all over garbage all over this night shift guy needs to focus more on his job than his phone and get retrained on using the register if he really can't do his job maybe find another night time employee

They literally never have the slurpee machine on what good is a 7-11 without a slurpee it’s so annoying .

Terrible customer service. When I was rung up for my purchase the cashier refused to say a word to me. He did not tell me the cost. I could not read it on the screen facing me. Nor did he offer me a receipt.
When I got home a few hours later and checked my bank statement, sure enough I was overcharged. I called the store and the person answering the phone would not say a word to me and hung up on me. I could hear noise in the background, so I know it wasn't a bad connection. When I called back he refused to answer. I am not sure if it was the same employee as before or if there was a shift change.
Absolutely horrible training. Years ago people like that would be fired. Now no one cares.

I went to store used mobile checkout and was chased outside my store employee calling 911 and wanted me arrested. Didn't believe I used mobile checkout and told me there is no such thing at 711. I have never been so embarrassed. Employees should be trained better. This happened at 1015 am June 13 2024.

I stop here from time to time to put gas in my work truck and use the bathroom. The bathroom is always gross.

I went in to the store and the bathroom was awful. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Then when I went to get my diet fountain drink they where out. I tried the other diet option at the fountain and that was also out. When I notified the staff that the pop was out on both diet options I was ignored. I went and thrown out the cup that I attempted to use. At which point the one female staff said I needed to pay for the cup. I will never go back to this location I would rather drive the extra five minutes down the road to go somewhere the staff actually cares about the customers and the cleanliness of their place of employment.

They’re pretty good during the day but whoever was working the counter at night 1/13/24 @1:30 am, is clearly not trained in how to do basic register skills. Also arguing with the customer and then having an attitude because you didn’t want to do your job?

This store used to be a great store. Then it was bought out by new owners. Now everytime I go in there I regret it instantly. I won’t be going back until things get better.

The staff here are always, always friendly! Even when it's crazy busy, or when it's almost shift change, I've still never encountered or seen a rude employee here. Maybe it seems like a little detail overall, but courtesy really does have such a big impact. It makes the whole day better when your cashier smiles and tells you they hope you have a great day!
