It was horrible! I have been a customer at Americas Best for several years. I have never had negative results. This years visit and new glasses were a JOKE! My eye exam lasted not even 5 minutes with someone who seemed in a hurry even though there were no other appointments waiting! He said my eye test I paid extra for so he could better see behind my eyes was fine. Then proceeded to tell me to put my chin in the cup and did two flips of lens changes. Asked better or worse! Never looked in my eyes with light and said to me that slight change and go out and pick glasses. Boom… I was done! Seriously and this Guy holds a license! Then I never received a call they were in… I stopped in there today as it’s been 2 weeks and the Kid that took care of me took them out of the drawer and told me to try on. He said they look straight and ask if loose on my face. I said no but he never checked ear length or asked me to read a card. I put themOn and looked around and I told him distance was very blurry. He told me to take them home and put them on in the morning for a full day and my eyes will adjust! If not bring them back and they will adjust! Upon getting home a closer look at them I am not at all pleased with the lenses. They don’t fit correctly in the frames. What a joke Americas Best has become! Do you hire just anyone off the street with no experience? I have never had a 5 minute eye exam! If ever ask to refer… there is no way! Unfortunately my Husband went a few months before I did. He had the same 5 minute… if that .. eye exam. His glasses are ok because he does his own adjustments! Which by the way the customer should not have too! But he had little confidence in the guy who handed him his glasses. I sure hope something changes there! I won’t be back. My eyes are to important to me! I rate 0 out of 10 with my latest experience! Unfortunately I have to wait a year before my Insurance pays for another exam and two years for partial pay on new frames. Thanks for nothing to a loyal customer! Joyce

First time here and will be going back. Staff was great, optometrist was great and the girl that checked me out and ordered my glasses was super helpful in helping me pick put new frames and lenses.

When I reached out to you to explain a problem I had at the store several weeks ago; you took the time to fully listen to my problem and then took swift action to completely correct the matter. In these days when customer service is a dying art, it was a true pleasure to encounter such outstanding customer service in our dealings with you. Whenever an eye exam got done with that in like 10 minutes spent 2 hours waiting to be seen to get a pair of customer service sucks

I have never been so dissatisfied as I have been on my visit this time. Long story short I was trying to choose out frames, the girl wanted to pick them out for me. I told her I value my daughter’s opinion. She said well I’ll take someone else then. Check the next person out said when I was ready to let her know she continue to take other people when I walked up, she walked away contact came back with her coat on would not make eye contact, I cannot see if she punched out or what but she leaned over the computer did something and then she said goodbye to her coworker. And then, like a fool continue to wait for the coworker who is talking with people that didn’t have an eye exam scheduled yet, but had all kinds of Frames in front of them ,so I paid for my eye exam and I left and I’ll never I’ll never come back for frames again or an exam. They had no other people there too. Write everything down so that you could get new frames just the one girl.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Staff is super rude. The man who did my exam was rude and rushed me. I ordered contacts in 2020 and I've still haven't gotten them yet. I called and asked about them the year after and they told me they threw them out but I can make another appointment and pay for another pair. I think not. Absolutely terrible do not govtovthis location!!!
