Ashley, the property manager, is a superstar! Not only helped me rent online when I was moving from out of state but made my move pleasant and mostly stress free. She answered all my questions ( and they were many!), got apartment unlocked for me when I was moving in on Sunday and she continues to support my living here. So grateful!
Apartments themselves are lived in, there are few things not perfect here and there but overall acceptable. My unit is mostly quiet ( though I can hear neighbor play guitar sometimes), grounds are beautifully maintained. I look forward to spend next 12 months and possibly more in my cozy home.”
“Boulevard Towers is a great place to live. I have lived here well over ten years and counting. The amenities are exceptionally good and the staff is great.The manager, Jennifer, is very nice and is always accessible to tenants.The building is quiet and clean.The maintenance staff is outstanding, especially Joe, who has done work in my apartment many times throughout the years. Joe is always prompt; professional; knowledgeable; efficient; friendly and courteous. He always go the extra mile to ensure tenant’s satisfaction. The location is wonderful.The grounds are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Boulevard Towers as a great place to live.”

“After living here for 2 years we are sad to be leaving the beautiful apartment. We moved from Miami to Hamburg for work and this place was the best. Great open floorplan and comfortable living space. The management team is awesome. Lexi was always responsive and available to answer any questions and get maintenance requests done quickly. The team has always been respectful and couldn't ask for a better place. This beats out all other apartments in the area by far. Leaving the area for work but had I stayed, it would have been at the Woods at Bayview”
“We lived here for five years and overall had a very positive experience. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, and the community was quiet and well-kept, even with families who had young children. The office manager, Sandra, has a strong personality but is approachable once you get to know her I truly enjoyed my conversations with her for the most part. Both the staff and neighbors were consistently friendly, and the community is welcoming to families, seniors, pets, and individuals with disabilities. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis, and the staff always did their best to accommodate his needs, which we greatly appreciated.
The only drawback we experienced was the consistent rent increases each year, which tended to be on the higher side. While this wasn’t the reason we chose to leave, it is something future residents may want to keep in mind. Overall, we would still recommend this community, particularly for short-term stays or for those seeking a peaceful, family-friendly environment.”

“My grandfather lives here he likes it. But there is one thing that I disagree with. There is a fire extinguisher outside the tenants apartments. But, it is just one there. The owners should have it to where it is mandatory for every tenant to have a fire extinguisher in their apartment. What happenes if there is a fire and the tenant does not have access to the fire extinguisher then what?”

I just moved out of Lord Lancaster recently and I was planning to write a 5 star review. I have been singing Adco’s praises to people on Reddit asking for apartment recommendations and I am constantly telling people how great it is there. They’re now nickel and diming me over the security deposit and it’s so disheartening because I truly loved the place and never had an issue until now.
It’s very clean, landscapers and snow removal come immediately throughout the year. Maintenance team is wonderful. I really put my heart and soul into maintaining my unit. I’m sad that they’re ripping off a single mother especially when my neighbors left litter in the common areas, constantly had smells coming out of their place and did not take nearly as good of care of it as I did. I guess if you rent here just be aware you may not get your deposit back even if you scrub for hours before you leave: it’s very odd to me because I’ve lived in several rental properties and never had this issue.”
“I think this is a really convinent place to live especially if you have children. The amenities are a plus. I find the office staff very easy to deal with and informative. Leasing offices deal with a lot of crazy people and I feel like this office does a really fine job individually. My apartment complex is clean. There’s a cleaner who cleans the hallways every week. I find Idylwood to be prompt with requests as well. Minor complaints so far in comparison to a lot of other apartment buildings/ landlords. As for neighbors you can’t blame the apartment buildings for dirty people. But even still it hasn’t been too much of an issue thus far which was one of my biggest concerns moving into a complex.”
“I had to call emergency maintenance for my heat and Jesse, who answered the phone was great! He was able to have Patrick at my apartment in no time and Patrick was so pleasant. He showed me how to adjust the issue if it happens again and was very professional! Thank you to the both of you!”
