Store is an absolute disgrace, employees do what ever they can to upsell you and as soon as the equipment is exchanged they do nothing to help or aid you as a customer. Have been going back n forth for 2 weeks trying to upgrade my cell phone service with no help from any one inside. Everything.has to be done online regardless of the situation. Had to bring in a marriage certificate just to prove my wife was indeed my wife. An unreasonable request imo. Considering ive called faxed and now brought the documentation in. This store is appaling this company is down right disgusting i can not believe i have given them my hard earned money. Be warry of this store. P.s the manager of the store is willing to call and apologize to my wife but not to me.

I always feel like I’m bothering people when I come to this store. I came in with questions about my account and was basically told I’d just have to call customer service, they can’t do anything with my account. I picked up a phone I upgraded online because it was faster than being shipped. They basically scanned my id and pushed it across the table with a “there ya go”. No asking if I have questions, if I needed anything, no thank you. I’m wondering if all the locations are like this.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming when I walked in, which was extra-wonderful because I had a bad experience at the store nearest me the day before. I had received my new iPhone 16 Pro, and Wesley helped me set it up. Wesley was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Not only did he transfer all the information from my old phone, but he also helped me choose the best accessories for my new phone. Kudos to Wesley and the rest of the staff at this store. They were outstanding!!

Chris was absolutely amazing! he helped with some online ordering issues/activation issues, and he was very quick. took maybe half an hour then i was all good to go! stress free!

Nick was very fast, efficient and helpful. I got a new phone and he helped me out with updating my profile for the signature program. Not many people care about helping customers anymore but he cared enough to help me out. My experience was great. I will continue to do business at this location.

Not happy with this company. Ordered 4 phones during promo. 2 got delivered 2 didn’t. Now we’re getting told call this number, go to the store, they will honor the promotion and now they are saying they will not honor the promotion. This has been going on since the beginning of June and one person in this party has an iPhone 5. This is very frustrating. Do better.

The store manager was extremely helpful and he made my phone buy back process very easy and even went above and beyond by putting my screen protector on for me. I came in close to the closing time and they made me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. Best AT&T location i have ever visited.

Was on the hunt for an iPhone that had recently disco'd and called this location for availability. They had already sold through but Chris was super helpful with alternatives and information.
I ended up coming into the store 30 mins prior to closing to do a quick phone comparison and be on my way. Was greeted by Kim and Chris who were more than willing to provide guidance. Pressed for time, I didn't want to hold up team however they were very accommodating and genuinely happy to help. I ended up going with an alternative at their recommendation and couldn't be happier with the choice. They stayed after hours and took care of everything including screen protector, case, charging unit. Complete. Switched from Verizon and to call out Kim and Chris. Awesome customer service. Thank you.
