Auto zone as a whole horrible terrible staff at most but not all locations. In general bad service, lack of knowledge managers treats staff horrible.

I showed up at closing yesterday to get coolant for my elderly co-workers car, and jack opened the doors back up for me after they locked up. We helped someone last night and that is what great customer service is. Bravo, Sir. Bravo. And thanks again!

Store manager has no knowledge of Applepay return process. Super unhelpful. Tried to return a purchase that I just made to purchase a new part and was told that I couldn’t do it because I didn’t have the physical card. It’s applepay. Luckily for me the store on transit was knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give this store zero stars, I would :)

What happened to this location? All uneducated in the job field. You’ll go in, there’s 4 or 5 employees, laughing, smoking or messing around. Wait to be cashed out, after 3 lazy employees watch you stand hands full for 5min and continue their conversation. Idk names, nor do I care. But I did hear over and over again “papi chulo”. Little advice from a small business owner, to be a “pimp daddy” you have to WORK. Hire more educated and professional staff. Atleast one staff member should be educated on automotive issues.

Peter was a godsend! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he guide me to the correct bulb, but he installed them for me and made sure my headlights were working before I left! I am very grateful?

I needed new windshield wiper blades and drove to AutoZone to purchase them. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Within a short time I had the new windshield wiper blades and they were even put on for me at no extra charge. I was very pleased with the service at AutoZone.
