I'm a customer of Citizen bank for few years now.I entered the bank 5min before closing and Jason Parker helped me with everything I needed.He stayed with me after hours until we get everything done.I would like for Citizen bank to recognize him as a great customer representative that went above and beyond, ( not only with verbal recognition but with a financial appreciation).I offered to leave a tip but he refused. Nowadays the best appreciation is the one reflected in a pay check.The other option is to leave customers to tip the representative for their extra time.Underneath you will see attached the business card of Jason. I purposely took it to make sure that he will be recognized and compensated for his time.

I recently went back to citizens bank after having many problems with another local bank. I was treated with respect and felt valued as a customer. Brian Zak answered all of my questions with a high level of professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the bank's products and services. He helped my son in one area and may be able to help him save money on his student loans. I'm glad to be back and thankful for the excellent service.

I went to this location to ask about a suspicious email I received regarding my mortgage payment. The teller said they had no access to mortgage information and they could not take a payment. I asked if there was a number I could call to inquire. She asked to see my phone and opened the email. I asked her why would you open it as I thought it did not look right and was suspicious as it stated my mortgage payment was not processed and needed to be verified. She said...well it doesn't look right and it took me to M&T. I guy walked out of an office as he was listening to our conversation and gave me an 800 number to call. Needless to say it was the wrong number. I was redirected to the mortgage department and due to high volume of calls waited for them to call me back (30 minutes later) stating they NEVER sent the email and my payment was set up correctly on autopay. I will NEVER return to this branch as their inability to handle a simple question shows me their lack of customer service & knowledge about phishing emails and department phone numbers within their own bank.

This is my least favorite Citizens branch for a few reasons. 1. The parking lot is badly in need of repaving and fixing the massive pot holes that surround the bank itself on all sides. (Go slow to avoid them!) 2. The drive thru teller takes an insane amount of time (over 30 minutes per transaction) and it has 1 lane. 1! 3. Since COVID19, I don't see much cleaning going on as far as the outdoor ATMs. No anti-bacterial spray nearby. Nothing. So BYOCP! (Bring your own cleaning products)...bc banks don't have enough money to keep these items on hand. 4. The bank does not try to improve. I've voiced these concerns but I feel like they could not care less.

On a Tuesday at 2:50pm I arrived at this location to make a deposit. I pulled right up to the drive thru teller area and put my items in the tube to send into the bank. The whole transaction from pulling up to leaving probably took about 3 minutes. The teller was nice. When I left, there were 3 cars behind me. I arrived at the right time to do my banking. There are signs on the poles saying what is expected if you go in, ie wearing a face mask, practice social distancing, and what their new hours of operation are.

Typical Citizens bank, customer service is outstanding. I have never seen it overly busy, so I am always in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I've loved Citizens Bank since I have been banking with them for the last several years. However I recently needed to get money orders for my sons daycare and they always take SO long at the drive-up teller. Today I came at 9:40am and did not pull off until almost 10am and I had cash ready for the transaction. They need a better system because it is always this long when I need one. I actually ordered checks to save on the $5 fee and the wait. I'm aware Tops Groceries has $1 money orders but it is not convenient to take my son into the store.

I recently refinanced my student loans under Dave West at the George Urban branch. The customer service was TOP notch, where he was attentive to my current financial situation and answered every single question I had. Dave has a very kind and welcoming demeanor which made it enjoyable to work with him. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on all services the bank had to offer. Additionally, he has called me over the last week to let me know additional documentation I need to provide, as well as status of the loan.
