The manager, Kaley, is extremely rude and unprofessional bordering on insulting to the customer. What should’ve been a wonderful Mother’s Day gift turned into a nightmare due to her attitude in handling a flower delivery of wilting and dying flowers. I requested a refund on the flowers, for my son, and was told they were busy and would call him. A very nice young lady brought more flowers and I again stated I did not want them as the flowers were of poor quality. She called Kaylee and was told to bring them back to store. My son called for a refund and she basically called me a liar saying I said I wanted more flowers. I called again and told her that’s not what I said and she basically over talked me and was raising her voice saying if my son came to store to resolve this then there’d be problems. DO NOT trust this store to be customer friendly or deliver good product. I was extremely disappointed and they ruined my Mother’s day as well.

This place is amazing. They always deliver even with very short notice. The fruit is arranged always so beautiful it's a shame to eat. The quality of fruit and chocolate dipping is perfection. And it always tastes so yummy. The service is amazing. We love this place. It is my place to go for any celebration or just because.

Depew location has terrible customer service and need a little experience with people skills, especially when we spend $100 on a fruit gift. I ordered both a fruit arrangement and second one with more chocolate than fruit. Luckily I had it delivered to my house to deliver it myself later. Or i wud have never seen how bad it looked compared to what I’ve ordered and received from them in the past. So when I called and told phone clerk that the pineapple flowers had clear gel like edges and didn’t look as fresh as usual (even melon ball in center were discolored) and i wanted the pineapple flowers replaced. She got an attitude and insisted it’s fresh from today (thats not true) and that’s how fruit looks this time of year? She kept arguing didn’t try to help or offer a solution. So I asked for her manager, who also had a snarky tone and genuinely seemed insulted that I wanted fresh fruit in my fruit bouquet…it was all so weird getting one dumb excuse after another. Maybe they were mad that i actually got to see what I ordered bs. what they made. Either way they shud have offered to replace the crappy looking fruit (the main part of this bouquet) Finally manager said to bring it in today. But I decided to take it to the Williamsville location, where I placed the order. What a difference! They are awesome there and she had me take a fresh one (same bouquet) from cooler and told me to keep the “old” one. She also included more chocolate in the other one. It’s obvious the Williamsville store knows customer service and takes pride in what they do, Depew is just awful and i’ll never go there again!

Drove an hour to come to this location and the woman at the counter tells me they are closed. She states they always close at 5pm despite the sign in the door that states they close at 6pm.

I was disappointed with my order today that I picked up at the Depew location for Sweetest day. I paid over $120 for a large arrangement and it did not have all the fruit that was on the website photo. Staff is very friendly but my arrangement was not worth the price I paid.

I waited over an hour for a fruit bouquet (because I asked if they could dunk or dip 2 pieces of pineapple in chocolate, because the arrangement they sold me was already prepared earlier that day, and they had NO FRESH FRUIT in the display case), it took an hour and 15 minutes to dip 2 pineapples....it was the smallest arrangement they sold and it went from $40 something to $90 plus just for 2 pieces of dead (old, definitely not fresh fruit) to be added, actually to be replaced back in the arrangement. It's not like they added extra fruit, they just dipped 2 pieces of already existing fruit. I was very disappointed in the not so freshness of the "fresh" fruit and I traveled from Tonawanda NY (because the location in Tonawanda was permanently closed). Next time I'll make my own. It will be way fresher and cheaper. Save your money folks. Inflation is real.

Kailey at Edible Arrangements on Transit in Depew provided me with the best customer service I have received in a long time. My family recently lost our mom who made everyone feel special on their birthday, so I sent an edible arrangement to my brother in law to fulfill that special gesture for his birthday. I had requested a specific time slot to have this delivered and Kailey went above and beyond to personally ensure that happened. She was so sweet and kind and truly sets high standards for the customer service experience. Kailey, thank you for your kindness. It will never be forgotten
