Drove an hour to come to this location and the woman at the counter tells me they are closed. She states they always close at 5pm despite the sign in the door that states they close at 6pm.

I was disappointed with my order today that I picked up at the Depew location for Sweetest day. I paid over $120 for a large arrangement and it did not have all the fruit that was on the website photo. Staff is very friendly but my arrangement was not worth the price I paid.

I waited over an hour for a fruit bouquet (because I asked if they could dunk or dip 2 pieces of pineapple in chocolate, because the arrangement they sold me was already prepared earlier that day, and they had NO FRESH FRUIT in the display case), it took an hour and 15 minutes to dip 2 pineapples....it was the smallest arrangement they sold and it went from $40 something to $90 plus just for 2 pieces of dead (old, definitely not fresh fruit) to be added, actually to be replaced back in the arrangement. It's not like they added extra fruit, they just dipped 2 pieces of already existing fruit. I was very disappointed in the not so freshness of the "fresh" fruit and I traveled from Tonawanda NY (because the location in Tonawanda was permanently closed). Next time I'll make my own. It will be way fresher and cheaper. Save your money folks. Inflation is real.

Kailey at Edible Arrangements on Transit in Depew provided me with the best customer service I have received in a long time. My family recently lost our mom who made everyone feel special on their birthday, so I sent an edible arrangement to my brother in law to fulfill that special gesture for his birthday. I had requested a specific time slot to have this delivered and Kailey went above and beyond to personally ensure that happened. She was so sweet and kind and truly sets high standards for the customer service experience. Kailey, thank you for your kindness. It will never be forgotten

Me and my mother both have ordered from edible arrangement. The customer service here is absolutely awful. I ordered one for my dads birthday and they were outside then drove away. In my mind I thought they delivered it to the wrong address so I made a call to the store and explained the situation, the worker was very rude and had a very bad attitude. She spoke to me like a toddler who didn’t understand anything. Her tone was very off putting and it makes me upset that I spent almost $200 and was clearly worried about my order being sent somewhere else just to have the worker make me feel stupid and as if my feelings are invalid. She ended up telling me at the end of the call that they messed up my order so it wasn’t delivered. I do not recommend at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Both me and my mom will never be ordering from them again.

As the holidays approach, I thought I'd leave a review about my experience with the Depew, NY location of Edible Arrangements. Last year I ordered 2 large arrangements for pickup at the Orchard Park, NY location, to deliver to a large group of people. The order was for pick-up at 5:30 PM, to be delivered at 6 PM. When I arrived for my pick-up time in Orchard Park, I was greeted by a dark storefront with a paper on the door, a note scrawled "Closed. Will refund." No explanation. No prior phone call for me to plan otherwise. Thank God for the good people at Edible Arrangements in Depew, NY whom I called frantically. They were able to give me two comparable arrangements and had them ready in 20 minutes time. I honestly don't know what I would have done! They saved me at their own time and expense. I will order all of my arrangements from them in the future. Please, I repeat, please do not put your holiday party/gift delivery on the line with Edible Arrangements Orchard Park! I have since heard this is not atypical business with them. Thank you, Edible Arrangements Depew, NY for your stellar service! I still can't believe how you went above and beyond to help!

Received cheesecakes (4) and brownies (2) for my birthday. They arrived cold and looking delicious. The pumpkin was really tasty and the original with a strawberry was good as well. You do need to eat the strawberries fairly quickly as they will get watery on top your cheesecake. Eat within two-three days. I ate one immediately as I had the chocolate covered ones before and the strawberries went bad cuz I didn't eat them quickly enough. Didn't think the brownies would be good so I didn't eat one till the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. You do have to be home to take delivery or to a neighbor or they go back to the store. As a gift, that would be annoying to me. This was a great gift to receive.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the staff was. I placed an order on Monday online around 3:00pm. I received a call at 3:45 saying they could not get my order out today. Understandable with online orders snd not knowing what is going on in the store. Instead of an apology, I received attitude and told they close at 5pm, so too bad my order wasn't going out today. I'll never go back.
