I had an accident and Enterprise hooked me up with a car for like 8 weeks. The pick up and return process was easy and the car was basic but worked for what I needed. Thanks Enterprise.

Best car rental (Depew, NY ) & sales (Amherst, NY ) ever! We’ve been renting for about 3-4 yrs now & 3 yrs ago my hubby bought his car at the sales office in Amherst, NY! People they hire to work at their places are great & always nice. Enterprise has the best prices & I’m an Expedia member, so I’m always looking for the best deals. No one comes close to their prices. I’ve always recommended to family & friends & will continue to do so to Enterprise for both rentals & sales! Trust me, if you want a great experience, go with them. I gave them 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!
Nice & comfy ride in my trip, all thanks to the Depew team! I reserved my car 2 days before pick up & they had me on my way in no time. They washed the car & drove right up to me. Depew is always the best! Now I want to buy one in the near future from their company again. It would be the 2nd car to buy from them when we do! They take excellent care of their cars!

I was glad I went to Enterprise Rental-A- Car on Transit Rd., West Seneca. The staff Dakota (Mgr.), Colleen and Miracle ( Assist. Mgr. were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely refer a friend to this location.

The staff at the Depew, NY location are all rockstars!! During a post-holiday rush, I witnessed the team display constant professionalism and curtesy to a lobby full of people. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to assist each customer, provide information and ensure each of us had a pleasant experience. Will certainly recommend and return to this location!

I’ve been using this location for last 15 years as I used to travel a lot for work. Staff has changed over the years but always friendly. Never had any issues with cars from this location. Always clean and in good condition.

The day I was suppose to pick up I tried to call numerous times to try to change my pick up time so they would not think I wasn’t showing up and give away my vehicle. After calling literally prob 15 times. Was hung up on saying the mailbox was no set up prob like 7 times. And on hold the other times. Over 3 hours of trying call. Yet I’m at work. I ended up having to download the app and do it. How stupid! When I should’ve just be able to call! Got there was taken care of right away. Guy very nice. 2 people sitting at their desk not doing much. Don’t know why I was on hold so long?? They gave me a car that I think was just dropped off so they needed to clean it. ( had a huge star in the windshield) which was fine. Returned the car on sat like I’m suppose to after hours. It is now Tuesday. I just tried to call to see about my deposit. On hold, mailbox not set up all over again. I called Batavia to see if my deposit was being processed. Some gentleman answered the phone right away and answered my question. Freaking ridiculous

Jessica took great care of us with our two night car rental. Not only was she friendly but she took care of things like cooling the inside of the car before we got in. She covered all the options available and made sure we understood all of them. This isn't the first time I've received great service at Enterprise and why it won't be the last. All the cars smell like old cigarettes and weed. Jessica the manager was rude and hung up on me, when she didn't like that I was saying they don't clean the cars like they say they do. Garbage in the car. Stuff rattling around under the seats. This was in the replacement they gave me too. Very dissatisfied with the quality and service.

If I could give a zero I would! The two female employees were the most fake sarcastic rude humans I have ever come in contact in my life! Acting like a stepford wife with fake smiles and sarcastic comments I was in utter disbelief! I am older and believe we need more kindness in the world so I always try to be polite I do not believe in being rude I had to walk out and find another place to rent a car! It’s a shame that customer service has gone to the dogs! I do understand if I was rude but I was not! I was pleading for help since my trip was the next day and needed a midsize car as I requested months in advance but was offered “ the option” of two very small vehicles with again sarcasm as if between the two females they were playing some game! I went elsewhere and was lucky enough to receive a midsize car and at a lower rate! Skip to another rental place this was disturbing and would hate for someone else to have the same experience! I wrote this calmly and with sincerity! The Elma on Transit road location!

Chris and his staff are terrific they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right vehicle. They explained everything, and there were no hidden fees. When I returned my rental, Chris checked it in and made that go smoothly as well. I'm glad to have gone with them.
