Firestone Depew is the best. The guys are very knowledgeable. They don't pressure you at all!! Which is wonderful, not many companies do that.

I sent my wife here when her car had a slow leak in the tire and needed the AC system charged. I get a call from her, 3 hours after her appointment saying that it was $1300. They told her that her car needed ball joints and that the parts were only $37. Low and behold, they hit her with entire control arms, adding well over $800 to the bill. I called to talk to the service writer who claimed they went over the pricing with her beforehand, but there's no way in her right mind she would agree to that, especially knowing it's something that I would do myself. Now I have to take my time to tear the front end of her car apart to see what this shop's $16/hr mouth breathers messed up, because I certainly wouldn't want a tire shop doing control arms on my car.

Scam artists. Failed inspection claiming it need over $1500 on a 2017 Acadia that has been meticulously maintained. Took business elsewhere Claimed parts were excessively worn and damaged however more than one shop agreed that Firestone was searching for work and that my vehicle had normal wear and would indeed pass NYS inspection

I have brought 3 cars to Firestone in the past 10 years without any issues. I took my car in for an oil change and when I got home I realized that there were scratches that scraped off the paint on the hood of my car. However, it was the end of winter and sometimes salt can look like a scratch, I didn’t want to assume that Firestone damaged my car so I figured I would get a car wash and then reassess. After the car wash it was clear that paint was scratched off my car.
I called and the guy who answered could not care less, asking if I use a snow brush to brush my car off and that’s probably what it’s from. Super frustrating. I stayed persistent that it happened while in their care. (My car is fairly new and I often look at it for dings and scratches from a previous bad experience.) The manager told me to come in so that he could look at it. The manager looked at it and said he’d file a claim and they’d handle it from there.
I received a call and gave the info that was asked of me. I then received a email that stated that my claim was denied because I did not report it while in the Firestone parking lot and because no other cars called in claiming damage. What?! I called several times asking if my claim could be reassessed or if they could send me the footage from that day. No one ever responded back. So disappointing to see how poor their customer service is. Not a call back, voucher for an oil change or coupon lol. I’ve never had an issue and 10 years, so for that to be the response was shocking to me. My family and I will be going elsewhere going forward.

Paid over $600 just for front brakes. Said I needed them so I did. Ever since they have been squeaking so I brought it in they told me it's from a rock getting in there. But yet it's been going on since I got the brakes. I think cuz I'm a girl they screwed me. Told him show me this rock and said the "rock " isn't there anymore and problem will get worse. They did something wrong and wont admit it.Never again.

This location is always wonderful! Everyone here that has helped me is always consistent, kind, and very willing to help. I had an urgent matter with my tire splitting and Luke was able to fit me in ASAP and help me out by replacing it for me in an extremely fast and timely manner. I cannot thank him enough! I appreciate all that they do!
