Donated yesterday, was impressed with how quickly the attendant helped me at my car. I didn't have to lift a thing.

It’s ok. Staff should be more selective on clothes they put out though, high prices for a thrift store and most of the clothes have stains on them. Kind of feels like a slap in the face, even though we are thrifting for clothes we DO have standards…

This store has the best prices of all the Goodwill's in WNY! Some of the other locations have priced their items so high that I don't bother going to them any longer. The staff and manager at this location are terrific! The store is very neat and organized. It would be nice to see the restrooms at all Goodwill locations reopen.

As much as I would like to rate lower, I can't, because the stuff I find here I still like and a ton of stuff I have that came from here. It's just the prices have gotten out of control. I genuinely don't think people look over what equivalent prices there are online. Some clothing sections had each thing as $4.99. For a used PS2, $50? At least online it's still as high as $200, but a used Keurig 2.0 used to be only $20 when it went as high as $300. For a 3 pack of USED tennis balls it was $3.99 and that's MORE than the price for a 3 pack of NEW tennis balls. I don't play tennis, but we were curious what the price was. Thrift stores are supposed to be thrift stores, not in-person eBay shops, which isn't necessarily a problem since a lot of the items here are still working perfectly fine like the PS2 I mentioned and the Keurig machine we got a while ago, but still. They're used donated items.

Decent selection, clean, and the employees were nice, but hoo-boy the PRICES! $10-15 for used shoes? I saw at least two pairs of cheap Wish/Temu shoes that were priced at $12.99, but can be bought brand new for that - or less. Spotted a few Dollar Tree items priced $3.99 and up. Come on! (Pro-tip: if it’s “distributed by Greenbrier int’l”, it’s from DOLLAR TREE. So stupid. And shady. I understand the money goes to support programs, but what good is overpriced stuff that no one will buy going to do? They could sell twice as much stuff if they lowered the prices.

This store is one of the smaller Goodwills but I always find something! Check it out. And don’t forget to bring your donations:)

Great location, good merchandise, overall organized and clean, and nice cashier. Not the closest to my house, but much better then the one on Main St in Clarence

There are a few things that will keep customers coming back again and again, and this location seems to know the secret. Not the biggest location, but the staff does a great job keeping it looking great. They are kind, helpful, and hard working! Finding good quality employees is far from easy, but when you do, then customers will have a great experience, just as this location has proven. Keep up the good work guys!

Last week I had a wonderful experience at the donation center! These two very polite men (I believe their names were Alex and Kevin) helped me unload my donations from my car and made me feel very welcome, so welcome I decided to park and shop around a little inside the store! Taylor helped me pick out some lovely sweaters and wall decor for my new apartment, and while cashing out, I had a wonderful conversation with Maria. The crew at Goodwill Depew is amazing and I will be returning in the future!!!

I have been shopping at the Depew location for quite some time now and I have to say that the store has been looking the best it's ever been lately. It's very clean and well organized. I had some questions and the assistant manager was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I always have a pleasant shopping experience every time I go in there. Keep up the good work!

Strong moth ball odor as I walked in. It was throughout the store too so I had to leave without even spending one full minute in the store before it would trigger a migraine.
