Hello All. My name is Jimmy. I hurt my shoulder and needed to find a physical Therapy location. I choose Howard Physical Therapy with all honestly It was the best choice I could have made.First I met Pamela and Lauren The office managers. They both are Bubbly Nice and Awesome. You could not have chosen to be greeted by two wonderful ladies as these two.Mark the Owner is On site and is very Attentive and resourceful.Shannon the Physical Therapist who assets my condition, couldn't have been nicer sweet and Just great and just so easy to talk to it's like I have known her for years. Staff members Jessica, Kelcie, Lisa, and Intern Alexis Are down right Awesome. They will see to your needs, Listen to my rambles and make sure that i am working on the correct road to recovery.If you Really want to go somewhere that can turn a bad day around or if your feeling off and in need a professional Staff to make your experience just better. Howard Physical Therapy Is a God send.I wanted to thank All members At Howard Physical therapy I enjoy going in the office and spending time with people who have your best interest in Mind.Take the Time to choose Howard Physical Therapy Trust me you wont go Wrong with this place.

I have great trust and respect for Mark Howard and his team. They are professional and personable. The equipment and exercises are great and suited for each individual. They helped me immensely after my knee replacement and several years later I am back with them for my back. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Would recommend for excellent treatment. Mark Howard explains everything in detail, team members professional as well as personable. 2014 injury/2 surgeries layer I have pain relief.... yeah!!

I went to Mark for my right knee which had been hurting me for almost 2 years after a ski accident. The team at Howard had me fixed and running again in less than 2 months! Very happy with the result.

Howard pt is amazing. They go above and beyond for their patients. When I really needed to get in, they squeezed me in. Always able to make appointment. They work with your doctor and insurance company to get more visits. The front desk is very friendly and cheerful. They always make sure you have your appointment set up. All the Pt and assistant are super friendly and helpful. They always make sure you are ok and help if you need it. They don't get mad even if you need the same excersizes shown over and over again. I would give them 10 stars if I could

The staff truly cares about their patients. they will squeeze you in when necessary. Getting appointments is easy. They work with your doctor's and insurance companies to get more visits when needed

Poor service from office staff. They care more about money then patient care. There are plenty of other PT offices around, this is one id never go to again. I will say the physical therapist assistant staff is great and care about their patients and take extra time to help their patients

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the paperwork you fill out. While doing the exercises they explain everything and even show you what they need you to do. They go above and beyond with everything! They give you lots of advise and so much information. I had seen Mark and he did not push me to do more than I could handle, from what I saw none of them do. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Best customer service and care I've received in a long time hands down.

See my review under Mark Howard PT DBA Howard Physical Therapy it appears that account is now unclaimed? And now there is this new account. Many issues with the business. You get one consultation with Mark and then he passes you off to a student. The inexperienced overworked student than manages your care. You then pretty much self manage your own PT. The student shows you exercises and then you are expected to remember them in future visits and track your care. I can't tell you the number of times I saw Mark or another PT not doing anything walking around when myself and others could have used more guidance and assistance. Next they make billing mistakes. They billed me months later for services after I no longer had my receipts to verify if the copay billing was correct. Wait times were also an issue, many times I laid in a room for 10 to 30 minutes after my heat and stimulation session until the student came back to take off the equipment and take me out to the gym. Can't recommend.
