“We originally went to Ferguson to order bathroom fixtures in a new build/ renovation project. I have been working with a showroom employee who has been wonderful to this point although she has been out of the office while we are at a crucial time in the building process and need to order additional fixtures as soon as possible or there will be a delay in the project. I called to ask if I could place an order and the receptionist said no, but she could take a message. I asked if there was another employee that could help me place the order and she said “maybe” and would take a message to have someone call me back. I said, call back today? And she said, maybe, I don’t know. I then asked if it would be easier if I ordered the fixtures from the website on my own and she said, “well that’s all we do for you anyway” so now I’m left to figure out what fixtures and installation pieces are needed to place an order by myself without risking a delay in the project… I was left kindof bewildered and confused because what is the point of having a professional company help you if they are unwilling to assist you during a time sensitive customer service need
