“We’re thrilled with our new kitchen from WNY K&B. Michele was great and helped us navigate all the different styles and choices for our new kitchen. One stop shopping for almost all of our needs. Everything was organized on a pallet and easy to find . Made the contractor’s job easier too ! Whenever we needed something Michele took care of it , no problem ! Well done and thanks for everything !”

“I had an exceptional experience at Home Outlet in Depew. Tommy went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but his attention to detail with the kitchen cabinets was outstanding. He took the time to explain every option, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything turned out exactly right. Tommy’s dedication and expertise truly made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Absolutely 5 stars — Tommy is a standout! If you need help, ask for him!”

“We originally went to Ferguson to order bathroom fixtures in a new build/ renovation project. I have been working with a showroom employee who has been wonderful to this point although she has been out of the office while we are at a crucial time in the building process and need to order additional fixtures as soon as possible or there will be a delay in the project. I called to ask if I could place an order and the receptionist said no, but she could take a message. I asked if there was another employee that could help me place the order and she said “maybe” and would take a message to have someone call me back. I said, call back today? And she said, maybe, I don’t know. I then asked if it would be easier if I ordered the fixtures from the website on my own and she said, “well that’s all we do for you anyway” so now I’m left to figure out what fixtures and installation pieces are needed to place an order by myself without risking a delay in the project… I was left kindof bewildered and confused because what is the point of having a professional company help you if they are unwilling to assist you during a time sensitive customer service need Updating my review, they have been much more responsive and helpful since this post”

“In working with Ferguson Home in Depew, NY I've found they are very easy to work with and have a great selection of products. I would highly recommend them! I worked with David Testa. He was very knowledgeable, super responsive, and his attitude was easy going, which made the process low stress. I would also recommend making an appointment for your visit, as then you will have dedicated time to review all the products with an associate. Thank you David!”
