Hot mess. Front of store is neat and tidy walk 30 feet in straight mess. Rug area ouch. Cloths hot mess. Poor 80 year old lady on floor stressing and caring more than anyone else. Cashier was awesome great at up selling.

We rarely go to Kohls and this again proved why. I get that there is problem with being understaffed. This DOES NOT excuse the completely filled, piled on the floor state of ALL the dressing rooms at 10:30 in the morning. The store is a mess. There is no reason, even management can't pitch in and attempt to clean it up. The clothes that are thrown all over are going to be wrinkled and unsellable in the state they are no in and thus will likely be marked down which looses money for the store as well. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT KOHLS

Couldn’t even find a pair of Bermuda shorts. Couldn’t find slip on sandals that actually are not flat or do not have 3 inch high heels no associate to help you find anything bare-bones long lines poor quality, it outrageous prices.

I had to exchange a top for the third time and I got the same employee Cindy each time. She was so nice and helpful. She is quick and very friendly! She works at the customer service desk at the Lancaster Kohls. I really like her and she will help you with any question you may have about the store or merchandise. She makes shopping there a pleasure! Thank you Cindy!!!

Been shopping at the Lancaster Kohls store for over 18 yrs now and find that the brand name items are as nice as some designer items I buy from home shopping, Amazon, and/or Etsy. Sonoma, Cuddl Dudds, Apt 9, etc all have some nice quality items and the prices are good. Gold Toe socks, Adidas, and more. Very happy w/ items offered and seasonal sales are great! I finds Customer Service returns are easy and the sales associates are quite friendly. The Kohls Cash and Coupons really help too! Thank you Kohls!
