I brought my car here and not only did they not fix my issue but they actually broke a specific piece that’s really hard to find. They weren’t able to fix what they broke !! Additionally the men working here made some really uncomfortable comments about my appearance, so women don’t go here alone

I cancelled an appointment here after discovering a large Trump flag displayed outside and a 5 foot long tapestry of Trump inside the lobby. For anyone that is not interested in staring at the iconized image of a xenophobic felon while someone works on their car, I suggest taking your business somewhere else.

Took my first brand new truck here to get rust proof service done and ended up with overspray on my windows, brakes that have extreme delay stoppage, oil in the interior and an awful smell that's been lasting since I got it done (one week).
Gave me no follow up instructions on their own- I had to ask them everything and I still found out more on the internet than being in person.
I work in customer service and due to lack of quality in service I can't recommend them.

Missed key spots. Got oil on my Leather seats. Also got oil overspray all over windows an outside of my truck.... Apparently they won't wash it off because they have well water... Oil stains on all the brush guards an bumper. Also burning smell From oil sprayed on the exhaust. Seems none of the electrical Components under the hood even got sprayed.SLOPPY JOB. This location dose not operate as advertised on website...Hard to find Anyone who takes pride in their work nowadays.... Will not come back to this location...

Great service with a cool family vibe. A couple small dogs messing around with each other in the waiting area, but I'm not bothered by that kinda thing. When my annual reminder comes, I'll definitely be heading back

Just a great Product nothing more to say. I get my truck done every year And it looks brand new.. Still could see the stickers on my frame And it is a 2019 Ford F250.

My 2nd Visit to get the Krown Rustproofing reapplied annually on my RAV4 HYBRID.
Arrived early for a 10:00 a.m. appt.
They got me right in.
Did a great job and I was out of there within 30 min.
They even gave me a can of D.I.Y. Krown for touch ups if needed.
Not sure why you would go anywhere else for Rustproofing because this can’t be beat, in my opinion.

My truck was done the same day. After picking up and driving a couple miles there was some smoke coming from under the hood accompanied by a burning smell. I pulled over and opened the hood to inspect. No flames. There was also overspray of the Krown product on my windshield. I called the business the next day and was told this is normal and not to worry. I guess I just wish this was normal before picking up my truck.

undercoatig i got done and i dont think they took my taillights out to do my bed or drill holes in my rockers. dont look like they put silicone on weatherstripping and they sure didnt wash after they were done because i got oil on my windsheild
