Great selection of grills (and grill accessories), including Napoleon for which they're a gold level dealer. Isabella, Ken and Manny himself provided fantastic customer service and information when we were purchasing our new grill, then Scott delivered it for us very quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend.

Online they said an item was in stock. Called about it before driving 20 minutes. Got there, wasn’t in stock. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the employee who helped me look really really tried.

They have them some construction going on in there, with absolutely no partition between the customers and the construction. You could walk down an aisle and have a piece of drywall fall on your head, not to mention all the dust. The 2 kids they hired to do the work don't have a clue. They don't have the correct tools for what they're doing and they're not wearing any PPE. It would be a joke except OSHA violations aren't funny.

Walked up to the paint counter with a paint chip in my hand. Salesman was finishing up with another customer. The customer was done and left; the salesman looked at me and walked away!! Never go there again.

Have everything you need, clean but no one asked if I needed help and I did on an electrical cord. I finally stopped a red headed girl at broadway store and she seemed like I was bothering her I explained what I needed the cord for and if the amps were enough and she just stared at me and I finally said you don't know and she made a face at me and huffed then said what do u need it for what was your ? With eye rolling attitude. I seen another associate and just went over to him and asked he knew rt away. She mumble something while waking away. I've never had a problem before but that day no body could be bothered with me. I like to support family busniess or small town businesses but that day I did not. Left with one thing and felt let down with plans for the day!!
