I went to Mavis tire with a screw in my front passenger tire. Kyle, who just recently took over the Depew location, not only took care of me, but he went above and beyond his duty, as a manager. He interacted with the workers and myself to make things right. I was confused on how they repair flat tires, and Kyle explained in great detail the new innovative way they plug/patch tires. Kyle also rotated my tires for half price!
