I have done 99% of my banking at this specific French/Transit Rds. Depew branch since it first opened years ago. I cannot think of a single time that I was ever upset or unhappy with the service I received. Every employee was helpful in every transaction or personal business dealing we brought. If someone was unsure about a process to complete our transaction, they asked an M&T team member for assistance to get the job done. Great customer service!

There are 2 things I look for when I go into a bank. 1) Good Fast service and 2) Friendliness from the staff. This place has both. I moved into this area about 6 months ago. What a difference from the Union Road branch near Galleria Drive.

EVERY time I try to use the drive-up ATM, it's always not working. It's not very easy to bring 3 kids into the bank to deposit money, and I'm sure not leaving them in the car alone. Extremely disappointed.
